hey babe! I’m a cpt & womens coach. Just wanted to help a lil w your workout :) I would rec switching up the order of your workouts: deadlifts, leg press then do the curls. you wanna start w compounds & the most energy expenditure workouts. If you were starting with the curls, to more engage and prep your hamstrings for the deadlifts, I would recommend doing at least one to two sets with very lightweight as a warmup for deadlifts to begin.

Just FYI on castify phone cases they don’t protect the sides on Samsung Flip phones I had a 4 and it got damaged and does not work. I notice it also started getting loose. It is good at protecting regular phones. I would not get for any flip phone. Also the discounts don’t work on special cases.

Each video I see your mom in she never stops being SO CUTE. Seriously want her as my mom!!! When you mentioned that there’s something so peaceful about early morning, my mom loves early morning for that reason. She takes her coffee and just sits outside with the birds chirping and everyone else sleeping and she says it’s the best part of her day. Your mom should try it sometime!!

You should try audiobooks too. Reading and listening to get into a book is a trick I like to use. Then, you can read physically or continue with the audio while you do other tasks.
