I've made a couple of these but I've found that my threads get all messed up once the folder is closed so I'm going to attach a divider piece in the middle to keep the sides apart

Pardon my ignorance, but is a thread bed meant to store floss clippings?
@laurab5889Ай бұрын
Yes exactly! They stick to the interfacing I use so they don’t make a mess ☺️

Thank you so much for sharing this tutorial, and. for the link to the snaps with tools. I want to add matching thread beds to some project bags I am giving as gifts at a retreat. Just what I was looking for. Carmen From Fargo

Thank you so much. I’ve been wanting one of these for each of my projects since I use silk thread and I like to use every last bit of thread but even one was too pricey on Etsy now I can afford to have one in every single project bag thank you thank you thank you!

Excuse my silly question but is a thread bed somewhere to throw the odds and end?
@laurab58892 ай бұрын
Yes that’s exactly it & it’s made with a fabric that the threads cling too

Thank you. And the “inny and outty” pieces made me giggle so much! They’re actually called male and female …! No lie. Really appreciate the time you took to make the tutorial. Thank you.
