I actually read "The Dragon and the Freckled Princess" and the fanfic would say the father was arrested for disturbing the peace after screaming for Tomo out on the streets and assault for hurting Suzu. I would like to say that maybe a day after this before going home, Suzu would be questioned by the police since she protected the boys. Then, the monster himself would be slammed with 2 counts of child abuse and lose custody of the boys. And, I maybe going crazy, but I want to believe one of Suzu's elderly friends would take the boys into her care and give them help.

It kind of is. Suzu didn't understand why her own mother risked her life to save a stranger. In this scene, Suzu is doing exactly what her mother did. She is going out of her way to help two strangers and protect them from their abusive father even though it may also put her in danger. In the end, she comes to terms with her mother's decision. But I didn't like how the ending felt rushed and abrupt. It could've been better.

Honestly, this was my only complaint for the movie. Like what's the resolution? Had she actually helped them? How did they break free from the dad? It just left it open, didn't show the results... I get that by standing up for herself and the boys, not showing weakness to the dad made him feel small, but who's to say he won't get worse? Movie overall was very good, just felt like a weak ending

The authorities were called but, there is a 42-hour waiting period. Suzi didn't want to wait. Suzi, her aunts, and her friends are all witnesses to the father's abuse because of that video. When the 42-hour waiting period is up it is implied that Kei will tell the truth to the authorities now, because of his trust in Suzi, he knows he needs to trust that people will help them.

Tony, We drove out your way (from Idaho) and on July 12th, my wife and I drove this route both ways and thought of you. Went to the Temple that morning and the pageant that night. Gassed up in Keokuk, in Donnellson we visited with the past John Deere dealer across the street from Casey's while our pepperoni pizza was cookin (always a must when in Iowa), stayed in Ft. Madison two nights. Stopped by Harvestville and picked up some salsa! Quiet there in July! I've really enjoyed this video. I watch it now and then when I need some peaceful time! The music goes well with it. :) Thanks, Layne

I love this project, but when we are talking about real freedom, my biggest concern today is not just that our current freedoms and rights are being trampled on by our gouvnments with their increasingly restricting mandates (covid) and the ignoring of our fundamental and constitutional rights and freedoms in the name of an emergency. I am even more afraid of the increasing power of the super wealthy and their multionationals and NGO's that are having more and more control over those gouvernments. How long is it gonna take before they will march in and just buy the whole thing from under our feet and impose their will onto us, like they do now with their WEF puppets? I am more afraid of those power and money hungry elites that already own almost everything on this planet.

Good shots of the temple. I visited Nauvoo in 1973, long before the temple was built. I did find the music annoying with all the prophet worship. If Joseph taught us nothing, he taught us that the heavens are open to all, and that our focus should always be on Christ.

Good shots of the temple. I visited Nauvoo in 1973, long before the temple was built. I did find the music annoying with all the prophet worship. If Joseph taught us nothing, he taught us that the heavens are open to all, and that our focus should always be on Christ.
Joseph Smith wrote blasphemous fiction and venerated to scripture as well as uttering contradictious prophecies.
