Yeh surgery endometrial tissue ko scar se nikalne ke liye ki jati hai aur dard ko kam karne ke liye ki jati hai. Surgery se scar endometriosis ko puri tarah se nikalna aur dobara hone se rokna ka prayas kiya jata hai. Lekin kuch cases mein jahan scar endometriosis halka hai aur gambhir lakshan nahi hain, wahan hormonal therapy (jaise ki contraceptive pills, progestins, ya GnRH agonists) ka upayog bhi kiya ja sakta hai bina surgery ke. Haan, cervical cerclage ke baad bleeding aam tor par 1 se 2 din tak rehti hai. Lekin, yeh har vyakti ke liye alag ho sakta hai. Agar bleeding zyada ho ya 2 din se zyada chale, to turant apne gynaec se sampark karein, taki koi bhi complication ko jaldi door kiya ja sake.

Gynaecologist ne aapko khun chadane ki salah di hai, kyunki kam hemoglobin levels yaani ki anemia hai, jo pregnancy aur bachche ke janm ke dauran khatarnak ho sakta hai.Khun chadane se jokhim bahut kam hai, khaas kar jab yeh prakriya surakshit tarike se ki jati hai. Isse aapke hemoglobin levels ko sudharne mein madad milti hai, jo aapki aur aapke bacche ki sehat ke liye zaroori hai pregnancy ke dauran.
