  This was fun :-) Looks like I mixed up company names - the LLAMA weights leaked from Facebook/Meta AI, not Microsoft (I correctly said Meta in the beginning of my comments about training ML models, but then kept saying Microsoft for some reason - Microsoft is not related to this LLAMA model).

  This is no knock on you, I always wanted to have my pilot’s license. But, I also see myself wearing at a minimum of motorcycle safety gear if not much more. I always see Pilots wearing shorts and a T-shirt. I’d want a chest plate, helmet, leg protection. I’m sure I’d be made fun of for it, but dang.

  to be honest, all that gear would just get in the way. Besides, flying is a lot safer than driving around the DC Beltway.

  $2,800. I normally only get two bottles a year and work to make them last. That's up a lot from a few years ago where I could get a bottle for about $1,200.

  I agree with you on the long straight in. If you're at towered, ask for the overhead. It's the epitome of Navion landing capabilities, especially if you have a non-Navion pilot with you.
