    Hi, thanks so much for the videos. They are extremely helpful. Looking for a scooter for an elderly parent and we live in an area with extensive hills. The roads are very well paved but big hills. What would you recommend as far as a scooter and the sort of distance would be up to about 20 miles daily.

    That is super-nice. 😊 I like that the hooks are already attached to the back of the seat. And I don't use a lighter but it's nice for smokers to have a place to put one! I also like the idea that it is already ready to go for any lateral knee pads that a person might need. Just all-around great features. Thx.

    There is a Lithium battery that Mobility Direct sells for up grade that has a 100 mile range. But it kinda trendy aspect if you want it in a brand new Afikim C4 ans up to the Biggie the S4 model.Dual seats are avaliable for 2 people to ride together

  • @Marcsmobility
    @Marcsmobility7 күн бұрын

    You never want to put a lithium battery into a unit that is set up for SLA batteries. 1, you will void any warranty the unit has left on it. 2, you would have to get a lithium battery charger cause the SLA charger would not charge Li batteries. 3, the battery level indicator wont read correctly on how much battery level you have left.

    I've been using 1113 JAZZY ATS, for the past few days now, and it doesn't get full when I charge the battery. Please kindly help me with what might be the cause of the problem

  • @Marcsmobility
    @Marcsmobility7 күн бұрын

    A couple questions, are you having it plugged into the charger long enough? The batteries completely dead would take anywhere between 10-18 hours to charge. You may not have the correct amperage output charger that you need which would be another reason the batteries aren't charging fully (smaller amp charger will take longer to charge, you should have a 3.5A at least and can use up to a 5A charger). Could also be your batteries are needing to be changed for new ones.

    What do you do license plate

  • @Marcsmobility
    @Marcsmobility7 күн бұрын

    Some states do not need a license plate extender in order to see the tag above the lift, some states do. We do sell a license plate extender that shows the tag above the lift when it is in the closed position as well as shows the tag if there is a mobility unit in the way of where the tag would be. Hope this answers your question.

    Is there a way to lock the wheels so it won't roll?

  • @Marcsmobility
    @Marcsmobility7 күн бұрын

    The wheels are always locked as long as the unit is in gear. If it is in neutral, it would be able to roll. You will see yellow levers in the front under the seat, those are the freewheel levers which is like a gear shift in your car. Make sure they are in the "in gear" position and the unit shouldn't roll. Hope this helps!

Thanks again for all the specs on this unit, I've been wondering the differece from the M-3 or F-3 and this M-5. It's probably something like the raising seat max or that.
