  I don’t understand how everyone is praising this alcoholic? He was suspended from 4 tournaments placed on probation 6 times and cited 11 times for conduct unbecoming a professional, and 21 times for “ failure to give best efforts “. Yet people think he is cool and living his true life. Not the type of role model people should hold in high praise.

  Most pros look about as good as each other on TV, but watch them live on the practice ground and you start to see that one or two of them are special. The first person I spotted this with was Ballesteros. Then JD and Tiger Woods. Forget all of JD’s eccentricities and watch him practice and you will be amazed. He is such a natural player. If the ball is going left, he moves it further back in his address; if it is going right, he moves it a little more towards his left foot. Simple as that. Works every time. And for all his power, it is the rhythm of his swing that strikes you when you watch him. It’s a thing of beauty.
