Hey Dusty, can you share any details on paints, greases chosen, etc. I have a 2H I am swapping on for my H and I want to follow your steps. This will be my first swap and I am in the US where my sources are very limited for HJ45 so your videos are very helpful. Also, any photos for how you prepped before spray cleaning or painting? I want to be sure I protect all the right surfaces. Thanks in advance

This is probably a silly question ....so I have 83 HJ47 if I was to source 5 speed from late HJ60 2H will it fit in my Tunnel hole without having to cut any extra out ? Any info would be great
@JaredS47 Жыл бұрын
The box will fit fine, but the floor plate where the sticks come through will have to be modified, and a late model gearbox with transfer won’t fit as you need a early model transfer without the vacume 4wd select

I was wondering if I could bolt the carb onto the stock manifold. I bought this exact carb and noticed it had the notch already cut into the mating surface which led me to assume that the "celica" version w/o notch would require the adapter plate... ? hmmm... imma sent it and find out before i spend 150 on the kit. Great video!
