  My 18-month-old son has been diagnosed with a Large Sinus Venosus Atrial Septal Defect (ASD) measuring 10 mm by 12 mm with a left-to-right shunt. I'm concerned about the risks and would appreciate guidance on how it can be treated and if it can return to normal. He has not been gaining weight for the past 6 months, and his current weight is only 7.5 kg.
