    O Boy! They still missed recent ICAO WHO directives on psychotropic tools. Nothing to say on IATA workshops on the items. Do not NOTOC show the recent amendments? Not checked yet. You know those guys in USA they are so depressed these days. But arn't ICAO headquaters in Canada? And where is WHO with the latest COVID? Oh yeah be chel!
