Thank you so much for this video! I was able to take apart my D6 and clean it. Not quite the same and ran into a few obstacles, but was able to overcome them. Your video was incredibly detailed and helpful!
There is a spring under the motor or grinder, which is exactly what you are not showing. Does it go underneath?
question If i replace the whole mechanism with Boch will work properly ?
Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that everything will work perfectly again. In addition, the earlier Bosch version is no longer available for purchase :-/
Where can we buy that O-ring? And the ball?

This cofe machine makes very delicious coffee. But the design cleaning concept is the biggest fail on earth. It totally destroys the reputation of German high quality. Regarding that this is Siemens and that they have sold this rubbish concept in staggering thousands of machines, it's a big shame in my point of view. Whenever I see the name Siemens I make a big step around it if possible. I'm actually heavily disappointed that German Ingeneering is coming to this point of crap development. There only job was to create a mechanism that can easily cleaned and would allow the cable to move inside freely. But this concept ist just the stunning biggest fail I have witnessed so far. SIEMENS SHOULD STEP PUT FROM THE MARKET if they can't do it better rather than destroying what previous engineers have achieved to get a good reputation in quality, precision, practicality and functionality around the globe. But nonetheless thank you for this Video at least it makes things better what Siemens has badly failed.
When these machines first came to market, I was very enthusiastic about the idea of separating the brewing chamber from the rest of the machine. All components that come into contact with moisture and could potentially cause mold are housed in a separate chamber that is easy to clean. Unlike other manufacturers, there aren't too many drip trays, grounds containers, and base trays. Additionally, the design is very beautiful and modern. Unfortunately, the execution of this idea, as you have already described, did not work out. The brewing group is too complex in its construction, and the transmission is far too weak for this task. The higher-end models are also notoriously difficult to repair. I hope that Siemens learns from these mistakes and incorporates significant improvements in future models.
Like 8000 cups? I didn't expect so must gunk. 😂😂😂 Beautiful job.
Hello please help i have delonghi dinamica plus, what parts do i need to buy to replace here please? Thank you
Hi, what exactly do you want to replace? What doesn't work?
@@yt.myworks to repair the transmission. Just the spindle nut?
Normally only the spindle nut and a good lubricant such as "CFG 1808" or "OKS 470" amzn.to/4dp355G
hello, i followed the steps ( ena micro 90), now i inserted my brew unit and when i turn the machine on, the brew unit keeps comming up with lot noise, what did i wrong
Hi, I think that the brew unit was not put together correctly. Disassemble them and try again. Before installation, test it by hand, everything must be easy to move.
I have a delonghi machine dinamica plus, and i keep on getting the message to insert the infuser. I have serviced the infuser itself and that doesnt fix anything. What do you think is wrong with it?
Hi, it could be that the spindle nut is already worn out from the transmission. Try to grease the spindle, maybe it will help for a while.
@@yt.myworks thank you, i will try buy a new one and change it. The part that the infuser goes into seems to move quite a bit. What grease to you recommend for the spindle nut
Hi, I recommend lubricants without toxic additives such as "CFG 1808 White food grease for bearings" or "OKS 470" amzn.to/4dp355G
@@yt.myworks thank you!
Can you explain me how I can calibrate new grinder? I know how to insert new grinder and everything but how much times I need to "click" when I rotating the circle on top of a grinder? And when I set the white lines in same positions, when I insert top wheel (thing which is used to change grinding level for coffee beans) how to set that on grinder?
Typically, the original settings from the manufacturer on the gears are still present, and I recommend using these as your initial setup. After that, several grinding cycles will be needed to achieve the optimal grind setting. To do this, place a paper cup or similar without a bottom as a funnel on top of the grinder and fill it with coffee beans. After several attempts, you should achieve the optimal grind.
One question: You are using dish washing liquid for cleaning but on the item it says specifically NOT to use it, water only! Could you please clarify??
After assembly, rinse with clear water only. Otherwise, the detergent will remain in the infuser. You can use a cleaning agent for individual parts.
Thank you so much! Great video! I got the grease and I only wished I knew where to get the O-rings. Mine are absolutely gone
Search online, I found online in my country. Because I did not service my machine I also have one of those plastic handles broken so I had to buy replacement for it too.
Hi, thanks for this video! Our Prima Donna was giving us this message. I replaced the o-rings in the water pump, it now makes coffee, although the pressure still seems lower than when it was working 100%. Also, the machine takes a very long time to switch between functions, i.e., from steam to hot water to coffee. I replaced the flow meter, that didn't fix it. I notice some air in the water line, how do I fix that?
Thank you very much for the video. Do you have any videos replacing ceramics to grind coffee?
Unfortunately not yet, but at minute 10:20 you can see how to remove the grinding discs, maybe it will help?
Hi you couldn’t tell me the size of the o ring for the pipe going to the boiler? I’m doing the same upgrade but I lost the o ring! Is it the same size as the one that goes into the pump? Great help thank you for the video 😊
What kind of grease was used? Do you have a link for a new infuser?
Many compliments for the video...do you know hot to disassembly the same part on dynamic plus? Thankz
Hello, do you do this kind of job for others?
hello this removal of the part and spring can also be done on the Siemens EQ3 S500 thank you
Hello, if the brewing group is blocked, then it is also possible with your Siemens S300.
@@yt.myworks hello when I take the coffee it makes the normal noise but when it finishes taking the coffee the group goes down and when it goes to the right it clicks...
Any video , cleaning the grinder out on this model
A similar model should come soon.
À whole new infusor is only €26...
Where can you buy them so cheaply?
Ogólnie zalecam produkty bez toksyn dedykowane do urządzeń kuchennych.
Hi, where do you buy your spare parts from? Thanks
Hello, I often buy from: juraprofi.de, komtra.de, ebay und amazon.
With this video I am able to disassemble the entire coffee machine. I am very grateful!
What is the size/diameter of the water hose you're replacing at 17:23 in the video? Thanks.
4,2x8,2mm
Great video, my C65's flow is like new. Thanks!
thanks this is works completely
Hi, I've just replaced the pump with a new one and still have the same issue. When it turns on and rinses and turns off and rinses the water flow isn't flowing, it's dripping out very slowly and it makes a lot of noise before it starts flowing. Any ideas what this could be?
Hi, while making a cup of coffee, is the water pump running normally? It could be that there's a leak, causing the pump to be noisy when it sucks in air.
What's the spec of the last small O-Ring please !
You can see all specs in minute 8:00

Hi, where can i get spares for this machine? I am in UK. Specifcifally i need a grinder part, not an entire grinder with motor etc. Thabks
Hello, I'm afraid that there are no new spare parts for the grinders to buy :-/
@@yt.myworks thanks
Do you know where i can get spare grinder parts in UK by any chance? Of all things I found a screw in my grinder and its caused the top of the plastic part (where ball bearing sit) to sheer off. The motor is fine etc. Thanks
Hi, I am having a problem with a water leak in my Jura S8. The water gathering on the right-hand side of brewed coffee waste container. Any idea what could be? Thanks
Hi, check out my other video, maybe it's a similar issue: kzread.info/dash/bejne/dp9swcudZNuddZc.html
Is it common for the gaskets to wear out over time? I have been trouble shooting my machine and realized it has been putting more coffee to the cup underneath than the two nozzles above. Then finally quit a few days ago to extrude any coffee. All is going into the bottom. I'm planning to replace the two orange gaskets in the back first, is this the correct direction? The unit is 3 years old and probably makes 8-12 shots of espresso a day (~10k shots total)
Hello, yes you have to check all the seals and ideally replace them. These are very important on the support valve. You should also clean everything thoroughly and look for blockages.
круто
Hello friend, excellent video, I ask you that my coffee maker is the same but it does not heat the water, what could be the problem?
Hi, I can't say that in general, but maybe the temperature sensor could be broken?!
I have already bought the machine in this condition 🤷
The screw for the grinder is a T20, clean it out with a toothpick or something before trying to screw it out
Nup, still have the same 'insert infuser assembly' after replacing the whole transmission from a working machine

Thanks for a great video. I have a Jura impresa F9 that has worked perfectly, but is now stuck at "Fill System Waterportion". The floating device seems to work as it should, I have also tried to oush the hot water button - there is a loud high frequent sound, but no result. Could it be the waterpump that has given up? How would I trouble shoot that? Or are there any other likely solutions? //Desperate for coffee😢
No made in Italy.....😢 Made in romania
Ikr theyre lying 😂 Also romania makes a lot of quality stuff including cars gucci prada etc
Any idea why when i try to make a coffee it stops halfway through the process and all red lights show on the front panel ? The lights go off if I use the lever to get hot water from the steamer and after when i try to make another coffee they do the same, they light red and coffee stops flowing
Does this also happen with pre-ground coffee? It would be good to know if the problem is with the transmission or the grinder.
Your vibratory pump might be going bad. That sounds very similar to what happened yi me and replacing it fixed the issue
🔥👏👏👏👏 excellent
@@otffinJ kup zmieloną kawę i sprawdź.
God bless you king ❤
