  Bro if you kneel the ball then you’re down when your knees touch the ground wether they touched you or not. A QB kneel and Tyler Locket intentional falls are examples

Could a QB “kneel” and say he accidentally fell and just run off because the defense would be slouching they thought it was a knee? It wouldn’t be fair why would that be a rule
