I don't understand why my dough is dryer than yours. It does not go into these balls without cracks 😂
Sometimes different brands for flour absorb different amounts of liquid. If you notice that your dough is looking to dry during the mixing process gradually add in extra liquid until it reached the consistency you’re wanting.

Yeah can tide any oil of your choice. Olive oil is fine but I wouldn’t use extra virgin olive oil because the flavour is too strong. You can also use melted butter or fat. Enjoy!

How long u let it set for mine end up as scrambled eggs everytime
Scramble it slightly, leaving some runny egg. Let the runny egg set and then you’ve got an omelette
