Calendula is great for baby eczema and other skin problems. I use mama nature's tiny troubles baby rescue cream which contains calendula on my baby and it works wonders but there are others that I am sure would work just as good. It comes in a good size pump dispenser and smells delicious just like my baby!

I know how much you work out and you always talk about not having definition because you like to eat. Girl, your shoulders and arms are looking defined!!! Way to go! Look at your arms every time you cross midline and you’ll recognize it.

I drink orgain plant protein that has 20g of protein and a shot of espresso every morning, I'm trying out this collagen powder that I add to the espresso but that's been less than a month so I will happily update you soon and I forgot to take my multivitamins a lot. Oh honey I am not a natural girl I get botox and I'm soo open about it. I get botox on my jaw for TMJ every 3-4 months and I get botox in between my brows. For overall skin I do this facial treatment its miconeedles called VivaceRF and it helps with skin texture and skin tightening. Aside from that I drink my water and try to mind my business and work out Monday-Thursday cause Friday I usually do something hahahah but taking the boys on the field and dragging the wagon for baseball 6 days a week can be a workout too all that walking around.

I’ll have to try that skin fix balm because I have some eczema and Cortizone and nothing seems to help it. I’m glad to see Sunrise is doing OK. I keep him in my prayers. He’s such a sweetheart.

It sure was! Still grieving my mama and that hurts and my cat Sunrise got colon cancer and had surgery and then Jakey needed a tonsillectomy. It was a lot going on and I could only manage IG and Amazon Live and mom life baseball, scouts and all the things hehehe!
