  Impressed with your video . I want to bake cakes , cup cakes and cookies and at the same time sourdough breads in which the temperature required is 240 C . I think in OTG THE TEMPERATURE is only up to 220 C Max I am in India and what would you suggest to buy . Please I will be waiting for your guidance. Thank you
