When you were video-ing St..Marys Church when you walked at the back of it you missed a beautiful mill pond it was right by the church and a famous place to visit. It has swans & ducks and every body does a visit to see it.

There were not many A300 and A310s around back then. I was a kid, born 1980, and only recall seeing a few Cyprus Airways and Swissair A310s at Manchester. Iberia, AF and Lufthansa used them to Heathrow by the looks of it and Sabena! Later on I recall Emirates A310 s and A300s and occasionally the Orion and Monarch A300s in Manchester. It took Airbus years to convince the market then in finally did. The Tristar was my favourite!

Its abeautiful. My wife and i had a trip there last year , and we stayed at ballich, another lovely place , we were told that where they filmed scottish programne take the high road , had a boat trip on loch lonond , great history 👍 🏴

Where do you park for this end of the runway?
I get dropped off, I haven't found anywhere to park. Have a look at Street View / Google Earth. You are still quite a distance from the runway, you need a good telephoto lens. 😀
