  apparently it was supposed to be spring this year, but i emailed support an they said july this year, and said the status was on the site - which it isn't, anywhere. i mentioned this and three days later they told me it was august this year. it's completely incomprehensible

  How do you contact customer support ? Emails go unanswered which is troubling when I have orders that are years old, and a 400 USD order placed a month and a half ago that I still have not received !

  It is difficult to renew a genre as hackneyed as the old school side-scrolling beat them all. And yet, the small Nordic team from Tanuki Creative Studio did it! Jitsu Squad is supercharged and crazy in its fights against hordes of enemies (+ than twenty on the screen without the slightest slowdown) as varied as the settings associated with strong themes in which they evolve. The attacks of the main protagonists are delirious, achievable for some in the style of versus fighting (one of the four selectable characters being an anthropomorphic animal version of Haomaru) and even sign the return of invocations and mega powers so dear to Golden Axe. or Shinobi. This cheerful box looks like a real shimmering cartoon full of pyrotechnic effects. Great show. Speaking of the glories of yesteryear, the other peculiarity of the title is that it is both a pastiche and a tribute to cinematographic and video game pop culture, full of references that surge throughout the game, even in the intermediate sequences between two levels. It's sometimes very funny and always integrated with subtlety, respect, and passion. Jitsu Squad conceals an unsuspected richness, it is nothing less than a must, which also allows itself to restore its letters of nobility to pure artisanal 2D (by having modernized it as much as possible), this technique of computer graphics becoming unfairly obsolete in favor of 3D which is predominantly present, not to say invasive.

  I’ve preordered this. Please tell me that this version will include the extra secret world that was added in the Atari ST and Commodore Amiga ports, accessible via a secret exit in the Ocean world. That was a lovely addition to the game, and seeing that backported to the Turbografx/PC Engine original would make for the perfect version of Parasol Stars.
