  @@PIMPNITE probably the most useful physical ghost move of all time outside of Shadow Sneak. Shadow Claw is alright in some cases and Shadow Punch is… not good unless it’s used on Iron Fist + Punching Glove Golurk. But at the end of the day Poltergeist will always be the premier choice of physical ghost moves

  Poor Volcarona. It's special-based, but its pre-evolution is physical-based, and stuck like that for longer than almost any other pokemon. So no one ever uses it in their main playthrough, only raised to be used in online and battle facilities and such. Except for that glorious one in BW2, that was a keeper.
