We Are Man Enough

We Are Man Enough

Man Enough is a movement founded on the belief that by undefining traditional roles and traits of masculinity, men will be able to realize their potential as humans and their capacity for connection. What began with Justin Baldoni’s TED Talk on why he is done trying to be “man enough,” the movement has continued to combine personal stories and collective experiences through Man Enough - The Series, Man Enough To Care, Justin’s first book Man Enough: Undefining My Masculinity, and now The Man Enough Podcast. Through these bold, vulnerable, and transparent conversations we aim to build bridges from our heads to our hearts, and between one another.

New episodes available every Monday! Please follow and listen to The #ManEnoughPodcast wherever you listen to podcasts 🎧 - it will help us continue to be able to produce these.

I am allowed to be nude and you all are just planning on punishing myself if I am nude because you all think that I am supposed to step down and become a beast or something I am life of energy. I do not require other life providing myself with an insect LISTEN TO WHAT I HAVE SAID.

Because interesting fact if our planet burned down to being an asteroid we would only be a registered deaths and the only thing all life can hang on to is the bare-body naked forms that we have held like a body salt per cell or per muscle the only thing we actually hang onto is naked pictures of lifelike form = BODY CORE just take a record of all the life you foster and sire too ALL IN ALL IS ALL WE ARE.

Just because you all do not prefer my specialty and I am actually Statue just because other life does not favor my thing does not change the fact that is is my actual way it’s a circumstance of my being from before the independent material cauliflower but it is my way it’s the properties that my physical body stores to maintain my bones while the rest of all life just consume cauliflower properties. All life is infinite.

My liberation does not grant the liberation of other life and their specialties = all life is infinite = it’s a fight about ways of life that are custom to origin materials.

Not enough people are showing appreciation for these hosts! The way they did not allow drake to dismiss his actions with the young girls is so important! They wanted him to be held accountable and we’re not going to accept lazy or defensive responses and that is so important

I have a mixed feelings towards the hosts because I felt like they were cutting him a lot and not letting him speak freely and specially since Drake talk slowly and think a lot before talking I felt like they were rushing him a bit or maybe it could be just me I don’t know but I did see some other episodes of their podcast and they were good so I have a mixed feelings but they’re not bad. I’m sorry for my bad English because English is not my first language.

13 minutes in and I know this guy has it right. After a year of mano-swamp info, I became totally cynical of women. Fact is we are all hurt to one extent, and don’t know how to heal. How to move forward, forgive, and love again. Thank you guys, this is excellent

Thank you for being so vulnerable drake. Don’t make excuses about being a victim. It’s not your fault. You are worth so much! God make you a master creation. How dare we insult His work by hating it? You will grow so much from this Drake, I have faith you will be able to advocate for children who have suffered through this. Those children NEED you! Just like they deserve the best Love and care…you do too! Take care of your inner child Drake. It’s going to be okay and you ARE truly loved and appreciated! You are a beacon of light in the Hollywood industry and unfortunately those evil voices will try to drown out your purpose because it makes them look bad. I beg u to NEVER LET SILEnce you. The truth will set you free. Every thing you experience I PRAY you keep speaking out, because you have value, your voice has value and you are not crazy!

I feel like Justin. I think im done with the inner work... Then BOOM something inside of me requires more. 10 years of trauma therapy, traditional therapy and more... I don't know anyone else who does this much and feels like they need to keep going. I haven't found a partner who can keep up yet.... I feel like the other 2 were a bit gaslighty, they don't understand this path. We don't know where it leads BUT we can't feel the joy UNLESS we feeeeeel through the pain as often as ot demands. It's not about perfecting the healing journey, its about choosing it ABOVE the other options presented us... It's more important to me than grad school and TikTok and romantic relationships etc...
