He was an employee ! He is now a tax dodging employee. The BBC would have known and should have deducted at least 20% at source. I have experience of all this, they work under the bbc roof and are employees, the rest of the country kbows this but self important bbc people dont seem to be informed and their accountants know this as well, money under false pretences possibly. ! Since Carol left Countdown she fell off my radar. About 3 months ago I caught something on KZread where she was talking about the same stuff I had been talking about as though she'd stolen my words about the Tories. At times I felt alone when calling out the Government to all and sundry, I lost "friendships" with people I have known but by deciding to unfriend them in every way possible, I was emancipated from the idiots who I made time for. But there was Carol on TV looking hotter than ever and her political rhetoric was like falling in love with her all over again. I know my expectations of the, "wouldn't it be nice to have a woman like her" fantasy is pure Limerance, but wow, she's really something of a phenomenon.
