I tried so hard to like Horizon Forbidden West. Zero Dawn was amazing to me. The pace, story, everything, but I didn’t connect with Forbidden West at all. It felt empty in comparison. Or the beginning was. I couldn’t get very far as I was bored. It might be better mid to late game tho if I give it another shot.

This is a travel router and with it you are repeating the WiFi signal behind your own private WiFi network. If you are trying to do what I did in this video, you need a “travel router”. Hope that helps! ✌🏽

The wifi was needing a sign in and not a password so u needed to just connect to the wifi then click it on the sign in to enter eith no password but the portal wasnt allowing me to fo so so i used my tp link repeater and it worked fine. I may still get this though because this is pretty cool but i think i may not need it because my repeater basically did exactly this.

Love GL Inet routers. Been using them for a grip. I own two Slate Routers where i can be away from home and make my ip address look like i am still at home using the vpn client server feature. Also I connect a Firewalla device to it for extra security which lets me see all the traffic on my router while on the go. Great device! Great video!

You bought a ps5 and then a ps portal specifically to play on the go. But because Sony won’t allow you to log into a captive portal, you can’t use the portal for what it was designed. Guys do not cave. Don’t buy the portal until Sony fixes this.

You can do all of this from your phone as well. Just follow the same steps. Technically, you don’t have to do any of the initial configuration stuff I showed. You can keep all the default settings. Once you get to your public WiFi area, follow the same steps to bypass the capture portal. ✌🏽

Appreciate you showing what you did so i can sanity check what i want to do.... but your posture is HORRIBLE because of your desk setup. Your arms should not be reaching upwards but be aligned with the height of your elbow - looks like your chair needs to be raised a good 5-6 inches which might make the chair too tall for your legs - thus your desk is too high. Same with your monitor setup - the top of your monitors should be level with your eyes or you're looking upwards. Not trying to be critical but suggest that health is an important topic when talking about desks. As people who can spend 5-9+ hours at our desks in a single go it's important to ensure the setup is right and we're looking after our bodies.

I’m not 100% sure tbh. But doesn’t a mobile hotspot already have built in WiFi so you could connect directly to that? I know some mobile hotspots are usb and with a usb mobile hotspot you can plug that into the travel router and then broadcast like that. If your mobile hotspot has an Ethernet out port then most likely you could connect it to the travel router. Hope that helps.

It should be able to. The ball head connector at the end of the LP will allow you to orient any mic in any direction.

I’m in the same situation as you and I still use the over the top boom arm. I have it coming in from off the side so it doesn’t cover my camera. The LP would be great as well if you have the clearance from underneath your monitor.

I just tested this because I wasn’t sure. But to my surprise, YES YOU CAN! Here is a KZread video that helps to understand how tether with your phone. kzread.info/dash/bejne/hmGWsMNvgs23iLw.html Hot spotting the portal straight from your phone might not work. I’ve heard some people say cellphone service providers are blocking it
