  But she's not talented... at all. She did not write that song all by herself and she and her label have a great way of brainwashing the public into thinking she's good. I'm not saying that everyone in the music industry writes all their own songs, but if your calling her talented for that reason then... Ways to be talented: (you should have a minimum of two out of four to class as talented) -Be able to use your instrument. -Be able to use your instrument live. -Be able to write your own lyrics/melodies etc -Be able to put on a good performance. She can do only one of these (the last one), and that is the reason why you probably love her so much. If your only able to put on a good performance, this can be placed into the same category of brainwashing- something she is actually talented at. Fair enough if you think she's a nice person, she probably is- but she can't bluddy sing! If you think she can sing... please try and argue the case of the 'Fireflies- Owl City' cover in the live lounge... my ears still hurt from the day I first heard that.
