Hey, Krystal! Thank you for this video! I'm going to Detroit this weekend to visit the sights (Motown, Tigers Game, Henry Ford, etc) and volunteer with the blight blusters to help demolish vacant buildings to honor my mother who passed away last month from cancer. She went me to the Motor city in 2015 to volunteer to a tree farm to plant trees in distressed neighborhood. I can't wait to go back to see the 313 progress!
Krystal...I worked at Playland Lake in the mid-60's and later in the "Park". The building you were wondering about at the far end of the Park used to be a magic shop, selling all sorts of magic tricks & paraphernalia. It lasted for a few years, then became a souvenir shop until about 1967 when it close and became storage...don't think it has been used for anything other since.

I went yesterday and was glad i could say goodbye to this version but i am excited to see whats next.
Test Track was one of my favorite rides at Disney. The buildup to the ride in line between the industrial setting and industrial techno music was awesome but man the wait could be long sometimes. Felt so good buckling up when it was finally your turn to hop in. Glad to know they're keeping it going though. How's the new firework show. Illuminations: Reflections of Earth was my absolute favorite but I hear the new show is good too. I haven't been since.
You should if you haven’t yet check out there sister park, my home park Kennywood. It is another very historic park that is very well taken care of with a perfect mix of old and classic attractions and new modern day thrills. It is located in Pittsburgh P.A. And has lots of amazing coasters and all kinds of cool rides

Just came across this. If you have a amateur radio license, you can sign up to operate radios from the ship's comm central (Radio 1) from the Official website or from the local Ham radio club's website, the Azalea Coast Amateur Radio Club. Doesn't cost anymore than you regular ship's ticket. It's pretty inspiring to operate a radio on board and there are a lot of Hams out there who are very excited to make a contact with someone on the battleship!

Chance is one( if not the only ) who makes new carousels to answer your question. The Carousel Works and Fabricon are out of business but both made beautiful carousels. Carousel Works made most of the zoos machines . Bronx, Miami and Bridgeports Beardsly are a few

Hershey spent over 25 million on LC and just disappeared after two years . They didnt need to be successful because the company is run by a trust. Krystal, we enjoyed your Rye Playland vis . The private company which manages the place doesnt know what they are doing

Nice to see people out of state enjoying our fine state of North Carolina. Lots of great restaurants and breweries here. It's nice living in the central part, bc it's 2-3 hours to the beach or mountains. oh and the ice cream from howling cow on NCSU campus is REALLY good! Fun fact: the location where Wake Forest university used to be IN Wake Forest - turned into a Baptist seminary. Also the Middle & High School in the area USED to be called Wake Forest-Rolesville - until Rolesville finally built their own Middle & High Schools. :) You also cannot leave NC without trying some Cheerwine soda, Bojangles & Cookout. :)

I’ve been here once in this hotel, it was amazing just walking to Universal Studios, when I first arrived years back me and my family went to the city walk for awhile, then the next day we went Universal Studios and had the blast
