Thanks for the video. Did you choose the drivers side in order to balance the weight or the battery could be installed on either side? Other thing, do these led acid batteries release gas inside of the car?
perfect you dont know how useful this video is to me thanks for posting.
you call that coffee bar?
@bosswayltd could you please show a wee bit more on the electrical set up of that coffee set up including how you keep the milk cold really really interested in this very intriguing.
I want one for my 2023 T6.1
Can you send me the name of the machine pls
We purchased an automatic coffee machine for home, use the best beans and by far it’s the best tasting coffee in the city we live in.
Imagine paying someone to push a button on a machine for you.... Real coffee vans have a grouphead with a portafilter and a person who knows their bean and grind and machine. It makes all the difference.
😅😂 who cares!! There may not be a coffee around for miles!! This is brilliant idea I love it!!
@@ShinySilverBunnymost offices have a little coffee machine
Nice job.
Most baristas make sh1t coffee anyway with all their “good stuff” 😂

Whats the total investment required and how much monthly can be earned in london? Please reply
Hello could you tell how I can get hot water to machine please could you explain thanks
umm, is this a uum drinking game?
Hi, Great vid cheers. Question… my T6 leisure battery is showing a low reading on my solar panel app. I’m very much suspecting a bad battery (not fitted by me). Once drivers seat is out, can I do a straight swap 90ah for a 110 (same dimensions) without having to do anything else? Cheers
I'm interested in starting a portable coffee store but may I ask wether you need street trading licence etc. Or hygiene certificates at all please?
Looks like they don't reply to comments! Which is a shame...I'm sure that if you rang the HMRC they could probably tell you more about what's req'd. I'm thinking of doing this too.
What coffee machine is it please
wow..nice coffee machine..
The best invention for wood and metal working was the CNC lathe. The precision, control and repeatability is second to none.
It's a great video, thanks for putting it up. I'm not an electrical person so please excuse my ignorance. When the leisure battery is installed how do you select it to run the items you want it to run and not drain the starter battery? I'd seen some VW forums and I thought they said that most of the internal electrics were run from a separate leisure battery circuit, but this doesn't seem to be the case here. Is it the relays that choose which battery powers the van electric circuit when the engine isn't running? I'm thinking about a VW Caravelle (probably a T5) so that we use for family holidays, somewhere comfy to stay in long distances not to sleep in overnight. I was thinking about a leisure battery to power a TV and possibly some music for when we stop. Does the battery you showed fit under a Captain's seat? Many thanks George
You connect all your auxiliary items such as your tv to your leisure battery. When the vehicle has started it will charge the leisure battery, when it’s turned off the starter battery is isolated so when discharging the leisure battery your starter battery remains full.
@@bosswayltd Thanks for replying quickly. That makes perfect sense, many thanks.
Where do you purchase that machine sir
I found one similar on Amazon Spain, Melitta F850-101 Máquina de café automática café barista TS Smart (prata) F 850-101, 1450 W, 1,8 litros
Hi mate. Great video. I’ve owned my Leighton T5 since new. It’s a 2013 so had it a good few years. A few months ago the internal spot lights stopped working. Then I noticed our leisure electrics stopped working. Ours is also under the drivers seat. I could go back to Leighton vans to get it sorted but it’s a 3 hour drive away. So if it’s a case of just swapping the battery I might have a go myself. Do you think the internal spot lights not working is related to the leisure battery 🤷♂️? I don’t have a clue about auto electrics. I also found out tow bar electrics have stopped working also. The camper was basically parked up for the whole of covid lockdown. So I think that’s what’s happened. What’s the best leisure battery to get? And is there a chance I could maybe re charge the one i have. Or would you say 8 years is a longtime and that it should be changed anyway. I’m also considering just deleting the leisure battery all together and going with a jackery power box. 🤷♂️ Any help advice would be massively appreciated Or if you are anywhere near Merseyside maybe you could take my van on as a job. 😬
Any update with your van?
@@amac2137 ended up changing the leisure battery and a few other things. Then a few months later traded it for a crafter camper. I’ve had issues with the crafter. :(. Owned it a year now and only just getting somewhere with it. Miss the T5. But the crafter is good also. Well now it is anyway after spending £3000
Where is the pv input
There’s a wire for PV + ready to link to a panel / panels.

Did you do a Food hygiene cert?
Nice work with the battery cover
Awesome work
How much do you charge to fit ??
It would depend on your setup. Please email us some pictures of your interior and any details of your electrical system so far (if any) and we can assist you. [email protected] We look forward to hearing from you.
NIce mate, what do you need to sell anywere and to the pubblic? thnaks
Hello! Pleased you liked the video. You just need a licence from your local council - they’re usually really helpful.
What cnc are you using
Hi. Where would I get a cnc like this from ?
I won't trust those thin cables at such a distance of more than 10amps.
This cable is rated to 20amps. If you watch the whole video you’ll see I’m connecting up a trickle charger which charges at just 3amps so for this application it was more then enough but you’re correct, there’s online calculators for anyone who needs help in getting the correct gauge for the amps and distance they require. The principle and route of cable I hope helps some people who are trying to fit them selves.
Piano black - gloss. Nice match with matt surrounding :( . Matt black is available for this trim
Getting a remote jog from ebay would help a lot for setting Z=0 :).
Hi there, what make cnc machine is used in this video?
How much did it all cost in total?....
He needs to say err and urm a few more times 😬
