What brand lights are installed in the bumper? I got the same bumper that is a great idea.

How much stretch can you get from mounting this kit? Can you just mount the cross member further back to get more? I'm aware the gas tank will be an issue with alot of stretch. Just curious about the adjustability of the kit

The differential isn't going to leak with a five new bolts are
@kevinnugent1010 No leaks even after smashing it into rocks. The new bolts are a little bit longer to account for the thickness of the skid plate. I hope this helps.
you didnt show drilling out the back of the Yoke to accept the bolt..... or is the ones you sell pre drilled for that bolt?
@coachgeo The yoke we sell is predrilled to accept the bolt included in the kit.

Any plans for matching skid for the front?
We specifically made the skid because of the aluminum housing on the D44A/D44HD. But we can manufacture just about anything. Is there a specific front axle you'd like to see us make a skid plate for? I can certainly pass the idea on to the R&D team.
@IronRockOffRoad My brother is highly impressed with my/your 44a skid plate that I installed on my WJ. He would love an equivalent pair for his dana 30 and 35 as well as myself for the dana 30 front.

@DaOneField It is terrible that people have to deal with this issue with such a new vehicle. We are trying our best to help everyone we can! One the upside, we have not had any customer return with death wobble after installing our steering kit.

@LaunceBugbee It can be tricky getting it lined up and getting it started. You can put a little grease on the outside of the press-in sleeve to help. We only use hand tools when pressing in the sleeve. A good 1/2" ratchet gives decent leverage and control.
The real question is how fast you moved? I can see getting into second gear, but I doubt it pulled at those speeds.
@RazingthenRaising we were taking it slow for safety's sake. We were just proud of the old WJ. It rescued the 30k pound RV then wheeled like a champ all weekend!

I would be surprised if the engine wasn’t toast after that, usually if it shuts off from no oil it’s destroyed

Do you have a spec on how many degrees of angle change you get with each revolution of the adjustable part of the UCA? Been trying to get an answer from your website and havent gotten a response.
@scottg9908 That's a tricky question to answer. When setting your rear pinion angle, it is best to start with the Jeep at ride height, disconnect the UCA male end from the axle bracket, set the desired pinion angle, and adjust the male end until it lines up with the axle bracket. The male end is 12 threads per inch, so 12 full turns will change its length by one inch.
@@IronRockOffRoad So if I had to change my pitch by say 5 deg how many turns would that be?
@scottg9908 A good starting point might be around 6-8 full turns. Again, I would unbolt the male end from the bracket and set the axle at the angle you want, then adjust the male end to line back up with the bracket.

@@scottg9908 There are to many factors that play into that question. do you have a double cardan or slip yoke rear drive shaft? They use different pinion angles. Whats your lift height? that changes pinion angle and the amount of turns to change the pitch. Do you have a truss on your rear axle with the a arm plate bolted or welded to it? What are your lower control arms lengths? There are to many factors that play in to put that kind of answer into the instructions. It is very easy to figure out. Put the jeep rear axle on jack stands at ride height. put a jack under the pinion. depending on what rear drive shaft you have set the pinion angle. install the a arm at the chassis side. Spin the flex joint end till it lines up with the axle bracket.

@michaelmichels5168 It is possible that our joint will fit other aftermarket A-Arms for the WJ but we have not tested it.

Is putting 30 psi going to trip the TPMS indicator on the DIC? I know mine if it drops below 31 psi it activates the tpms Low air indicator? Just curious
@jasonalward4720 It depends on the year of the Jeep. If you have a JL, we have seen this happen. Most of our JL customers have already purchased a device to reset their speedometer for larger tires and the same device can also adjust the setting for the TPMS indicator. I have also purchased the upper control arm mount flex joint. Since it is installed in the cast mount on the differential, would it be a good idea to install a grease zerk in there? Drilling and tapping for one wouldn't be hard.
You certainly could do that if you wish. However, when greased properly on assembly, these are a "set it and forget it" product :-)
