I think this touches on the crux of the issue. Most critiques of the transgender movement usually come from bigots who are just disgusted at trans people, with no real arguments because their viewpoints are just shrouded by disgust and the voices of those who have loved ones harmed by the movement who genuinely want to help these individuals get drowned out. I can't see any way the removal of a healthy, functioning organ because of a psychological impulse should ever be classified as "normal", at the very least it should be regarded as a mental illness because without medical intervention of some kind, that individual will be in a state of discomfort/stress (the removal of this classification I believe opened the floodgates to the issues you see today). Additionally, trans people will always be left wanting because it's often difficult to change any genetic-linked component of the body let alone something as inherent as biological sex which is intimately interwoven into their entire human being - how many people have flaws, get plastic surgery or botox for it to then need constant care and eventually lead to a worse outcome than intended. There are arguments that biological sex is "fluid" but a lot of those use social arguments, i.e. the idea that chromosomes aren't great determinants of biological sex is flawed because at the end of the day for "sexual reproduction" in humans, you need male gametes (which are generated by exclusively carriers of the Y chromosome) and female gametes. Intersex people exist, yes, but have reproductive issues. People without arms exist. People with facial deformities, missing/malfunctioning organs and all sorts of conditions exist. But these aren't defined as normal. So I don't understand why intersex is now being classified as its own healthy category to then justify the idea of sex being fluid. When you press that argument, it all comes down to social arguments such as "doctors don't look at chromosomes to classify the biological sex of an individual, they make a guess based on genitalia". This logic doesn't work though, because the doctor assumes the individual is not deformed unless given reason to suspect otherwise. I get that for some, forcing a biological sex on intersex people by removing one of the genitalia is cruel, and I can understand, I think as long as it isn't harmful to the health of the child, it should be left for them to decide in the future, so there are some critiques I agree with, I think also bizarre gender stereotypes are also worth critiquing because many of them were enforced by strange individuals and do not reflect reality - so there is nuance, but ultimately given how quickly transgender ideology has spread in the west, and affected institutions, I think we all need to sit down and find some level ground here. I know it can seem harsh, but the problem is trans people often have terrible mental health and the real issues affecting these individuals aren't being addressed - instead industries preying on these individuals to make money off surgeries and hormones are coaxing them into going down a path of no return. I just wish critics of the movement had more damn compassion, trans people are often victims of the ideology - they are lost and confused, maybe a little insecure and they are offered a community and a powerful medical route that will initiate change in their life in the short term, but for most people sucked into these circles, it was another condition like autism causing their confusion. Some of them also do it for a sexual fetish which is entirely different, and in fact so many people from all across the political spectrum make decisions based on their sexual impulses, with many being dishonest that they have done so. Part of me wants to say, they should have the freedom to do that as long as they aren't hurting anyone, but these individuals doing it as a kink and promoting it to others are hurting those vulnerable people in society by proxy because they aren't being entirely honest with their intentions. All in all, it's a tricky one mate, with a ton of nuance - a classic, morally grey, new world dilemma that you're damned if you do and damned if you don't. I have friends on either side of the debate and now I've just decided I'll stay out of it. If someone asks for my advice, I'll do my best to lay out my perspective but otherwise I live and let live. I definitely don't envy policymakers who have to make legal decisions and 'choose as side', the debate is an absolute mess as far as I'm aware.

That sucks! I'm sorry it's happening for you. I did notice a post or two on the steam forums of people running into issues. It's possible it's not quite optimized yet but I don't know for sure. Did you do the normal stuff, reboot PC, verify cache of the game on steam? Always be careful of any advice that tells you to download something for fixes. Do you have it running on the internal hdd or an external one? If external, try switching it to the internal one.

The issue with immigration to a lot of conservatives is really down to racism. Might not be explicit, it could be due to material wealth bringing about a fear of "other" that often accompanies the reality that many companies choose to exploit the labor of undocumented migrants who legally do not have protections from the federal government since they're not "legal". This way companies can fire people and replace them with cheaper labor, or even outsource labor entirely to a different country cause it's entirely about the bottom line. Companies need to grow their profits forever, it's by law too. Their responsibilities is to their shareholders. Conservatives (and alot of centrist) politicians know this, and often take advantage of economic uncertainty to push anti worker rhetoric, pinning the blame on the workers or the "other" that are stealing your job, rather than on corporation doing everything to cost cut. It's really just capitalism post Reagan

Not me. I don’t use obs. I record with Elgato HD60pro. Video and recording is fine. Now I started live streaming with the same settings. My voice starts echoing and the party chat echos. I can’t fix it. Record is fine but soon as I go live it’s there again. I can’t find a fix

Enjoyed it too, specially the soundtrack and the atmosphere, but sadly it was clunky and the story telling was horrible. Didn't even notice that one of the side characters died up until I read the mission summary.

I tried the game when the test session just started. I also did like the map design, gameplay, guns feel good but not effective at all. Like you said. I'm painting a guy with 5.56x45mm, but he is still alive. This was also an issue for me in another freetoplay game called The Finals(in that game, pistol is powerful than MG42 machine gun). I also did not like the grinding. You're just gonna be grinding to unlock attachments, which is not fun for me. One more thing. Abilities. Shield barrier, ghost thing, instant health potion stuff etc. I don't like it. I would recommend you to play Squad, but I assume you want a fast game with fast kills and no, Squad is not a fast-paced game. I recommend you to play Insurgency Sandstorm. It might take a while to not get one tapped instantly by try-hards, still, it is a game could fit you.
