1:46 Incredible the last set is a 48' well car set. That's pretty rare since mostly everything is 40' or 53'

I thought AutoMax was the term used for the circa 2010, Greenbrier, automobile railcars? Aren't the cars in your video more correctly called Autoracks?

Morons could not stop the train _before_ it blocked the crossing, open the gates and _then_ back the train into the industry?

Man that gantry is old and slow CNR Toronto had them years ago but I operated overhead gantry and you can move them a lot faster. Yes I have walked the train many times unlocking the corner locks or twist locks as they were called.

That was not the most impressive display of technology I've ever seen, too much time is wasted with the cradle, or whatever it's called, swinging about. Also, as it translated it was also rotating and that rotation had to be removed by the operator. I can guarantee that this will be nearly 100% automated within a decade or so. Using vision systems and other sensors with fiducials on the top of the containers, train well wagons and truck chassis and this could be robotically done and likely in less than half the time. Again, I am quite disappointed in what passes for technology at these intermodal facilities.

I’ve gotten stuck on there and the same exact ride and spot at dark and the had to evacuate us they had to get us with these chains or something and on San Diego Sea World because of a 7.1 earth quake I almost fell because the worker and person that had to help puts it on and helps you get off they took it right of the worker told me to go left and so I went left if took one step I would’ve fell and died then my cousins chain thingy fell off right as she stepped off the ride if it slipped off when she was stepping over she would fell and died and it was 1st time getting stuck on any ride it was an experience for my Mom and my Cousin’s and for Me.
