Thanks for clear explanation and all details. I have question regarding this subject can I depend on excitation current result during TTR test ? If we have result zero current in one phase What is the possible reason? Also we did the winding resistance test and all phase give us reading within the limit.
Dear @youssofasiry7233, thank you for your reply and the interest. Yes, you can depend on the excitation current result during the Transformer Turns Ratio (TTR) test. The excitation current is voltage-dependent and non-linear, and it can provide valuable information about the transformer's condition. If you are measuring zero current in one phase, it could indicate a turn-to-turn short circuit fault in that phase. The excitation current results will rise significantly on the affected phase if such a fault is present. On the other hand, it could also be a problem with the measurement device or the connection. If you have some questionable results, please send an e-mail to [email protected] who are happy to help you with your inquiry. As for the winding resistance test, it is done to verify internal connections and to detect any open or poor connections. If all phases are giving readings within the limit, it suggests that the transformer's internal connections are in good condition. However, keep in mind that this test is very sensitive to temperature, and results must be corrected to standard temperature. Best regards, your OMICRON team

What is the minimum value of offline PD ?

The transformer is a 300 MVA transformer with horizontal 220 kV and 110 kV bushings. The UHF PD measurements were made with the UHF 800 using a UHF drain valve sensor. Hi @travellerquotes9076, thank you for your comment and interest. You can predefine everything with an offline device in your office, i.e. define which CMC outputs should go to which relay inputs. Then, onsite, you only have to connect the CMC with your PC and choose it from the available device list. Afterwards, you can wire up the CMC, do a wiring check and perform your tests. Как обстоят дела с проводимостью 3 кА через "крокодилы"?
Уважаемый @user-mq2wg3mf1x, Благодарим Вас за комментарий и проявленный интерес. Для выхода 3 кА Вам потребуется 3 CPC и 3 CP CB2 (CPC Current Booster). Синхронизировав их, можно получить ток не более 6 кА. 6 кА. Однако зажимы "крокодил" в видеоролике были подключены к входу CPC 100 10A, который используется для измерения тока на вторичной обмотке ТТ. Спасибо и наилучшие пожелания, ваша команда OMICRON
