Did he convert any innocent people into the cult before he left? Did he go back and try to correct what he did? Ex Mormons are not victims IF they went on missions and spread lies I do not pity them they knocked on my door and lied to me and they knew they were "lying for the lord" the real victims are the poor people in the third world countries who are told to give their money to the >church" rather than buy food! The Mormon missionaries lie to poor people in order to steal from them I have no sympathy for these door to door liars and can understand why they were hated. Missionaries are told to give their victims milk instead of meat they were shocked when I would not let them pray in my house I said if you are Christians where are your crucifixes? I said you can not pray here I do not want you to summon demons in my place

"My God only loved me as far as I proved myself to him" This is a lie and a gross misrepresentation of the teachings of the church of jesus christ of latter day saints. Every fast Sunday I hear members get up and testify that God loves all of his children. The Book of Mormon teaches this plainly. The prophet Mormon speaks of his love for some of the vilest sinners who ever lived on Earth. The prophet Nephi testified of God's love and support despite his sins. I learned much more about what God expects of us when I had children of my own. You do give your children many free gifts simply because they are your children, but a good parent doesn't spoil his children. He teaches principles to his children and then rewards them all the more when they do good works. We have all been saved by the grace of our savior Jesus Christ, but he offers us even greater rewards if we do his will. We believe in a telestial and terrestrial kingdom. The terrestrial kingdom is essentially exactly what other Christian churches teach about heaven. It is the free gift for believing and it is even above the telestial kingdom. The terrestrial kingdom is a free gift for believing in Jesus christ! By grace you are saved! This is what the church of jesus christ teaches! But wait!!! Theres more!!!!! There is a celestial kingdom that can only be understood to be greater than the telestial and terrestrial kingdom just as the sun is greater than the moon and the stars. Don't you see? We simply believe there is more! Don't choose to believe less. Believe in more. Believe in a more rewarding God who can bless us even more if we will just do his will!

There are no levels of heaven. (Read I Corinthians 15. No mention of heaven, levels, degrees, three, degrees, kingdoms.) There are no marriages in heaven. Revelation 21 and 22 tell us what heaven will be like. Believers will be all together on the new earth and new heaven serving God and Christ. God doesn't separate his children on different levels or planets. Women will not be sharing their husbands with other women for all eternity. The other women will not be separated from their families so they can serve as part of your harem of women. God doesn't damn people who deny the eternal principle of polygamy. (D&C 132) Heaven is so much more. Heaven is a world of love. God loves everyone, including women. ❤

Either people they randomly meet on the streets, OR at the ward they are serving for 2 years???? Can any former missionaries reply to me? I had male LDS missionaries ask me that. I'm a female over 21. It made me feel very uncomfortable. It was creepy. I thought LDS missionaries weren't allowed to use their personal Facebook page during the 2 yrs.

Lying from the start. Saved by Grace is a mormon tenant. Christ did say also, "Come follow me" and "Be Baptised" those are actions. AKA "works". He also said, "be ye therefore perfect" So as Acts states, "faith without works is dead" we start folliwing Christ as disciples and are perfected in Christ and His Grace by believing in Christ. There is no "mormon gospel " it is only Jesus Christ's gospel. We all know we cant earn heaven, but not following Christ through discipleship is to deny Christ. Either you follow as Christ commanded (a verb or work) or you discount and deny HIM.

At best, I can exercise every other day and sometimes that is pushing it. Also, I had to take medication with steroids and that caused me to gain weight as well. I struggle every day just to not get over 195lbs. I don't want to lose weight for anyone else, but myself and my own personal reasons. My current lover is a big guy and I find him extremely sexy and attractive. I never push him to lose weight. His body is his journey as is mine. I really don't know how I feel about this topic. If God's grace is sufficient, then no one needs to join a church, go through a worthiness interview, confess sins to a bishop, earn forgiveness, get a temple recommend, go through an Endowment Ceremony, put on Lucifer's power and priesthoods, learn secret grips, tokens, signs, handshakes, and passwords, get married, do temple work, wear temple garments, don't drink coffee or tea, etc.. Do you recall Jesus Christ requiring 10% of anyone's income? The blind man, the lame, the lepers, the woman at the well, the demon possessed man, the thief on the cross?

@@Elizabeth-rk3do No, but I do know there are things necessary for God's plan. Our main goal is to become like Him, we've been laid out the ways to do so, so that's what I'm going to do, understanding that if I fall, if I topple, then God's grace will catch me, His grace is always catching me. The same is true for anyone and everyone else. But I can't be like Him if I'm drinking alcohol and ignoring my kids. Tithing is important, it helps keep the church in a ready position to serve others. It is because Tithing goes towards Christ approved means, that I will continue to pay it. I also believe in the widow's mite, she gave all she could towards an effort, and I shall do the same; it's good, and nothing can disapprove of that.

@@Elizabeth-rk3do That is a good question. It is because we are not inherently like our wonderful Heavenly Father that there is a need to become like Him. To do so is simple, one must make and keep covenants. God does save us, however, it is our own actions that allow us to be exalted. We're all good. We've already been atoned for by Christ, and I could do nothing to rid myself of his saving grace. But now that I am saved, I must become like Him. Everything is a choice, even tithing! The Lord, doesn't require my tithe for me to worship Him, however, he does require it so I can offer my faith, and help the church in its endeavors. I pay tithing, nonetheless like you, for no different reasons.

@wescandelaria821 There is nothing I could ever do to measure up to God's standard of perfection. No amount of tithing, making covenants, and doing good works would ever make me perfect. Matthew 5:48 Be ye therefore perfect. The gospel, the good news, is that Christ has done the one work that was necessary to reconcile us to God when he shed his blood on the cross, died, and rose again. When I repented of my sins and put my faith in what Jesus Christ did for me on the cross, instead of trusting in what I could do for God, Christ immediately forgave me of all my sins and imputed/gave to me His righteousness, which is the righteousness of God. God now sees me as perfect, and I can walk out of God's courtroom free on Judgment Day because Jesus paid the penalty for my sins in full with his life's blood. 2 Corinthians 5:21 God made Jesus, who knew no sin, to be sin for us that we might be made the righteousness of God in. Follow the words of christ. Lift up your brothers and sisters. If your brother living on the street needs a shirt and youve one to give but kept going. You have ignored jesus. To know the meaning of the acts and the truth of them! To know that loving your enemy is the surest way to bring peace. That it is better to tirn the other cheek if struck and allow another than to be drug down into inequity by "fighting fire with fire" in doing that all are scorched! It is only through faith in the works and in christ the redeemer of us that we will see the narrow path ahead! Stay true to the path my brothers and sisters. My family in christ.

The purity movement was stupid. It made it so a man couldn't even approach a woman. I got yelled at by a pastor for merely asking a girls phone number, back in the ealy 2010's, when this crap was popular. You should date with the purpose of finding someone to marry, however that doesn't mean that every girl you talk to needs to needs to have a proposal. Dating should be like a job interview to see if this person would be a good spouse. Also women need to understand that your value to a man depreciates the more you are promiscuous. I'm not saying that women who are not virgins can't ever find a decent man, but I'm saying that the likelihood of finding a decent man goes down for each person you sleep with. Jesus may forgive sins, but he normally doesn't take away the temporal effects of promiscuity, like STDs and impaired pair bonding. T

When I asked for details on the mess she’s dealing with, what he gave me, was so irrelevant to the cheating accusations I’ve been told. In surprise, I asked again & this time, I said, “from beginning to end.” Long story short, he’s horrible at getting and giving the important details, and for some reason gives “off” ones. He was diagnosed with ADHD, as a child.. idk how that will play a part, when reading others, but just wanted to add to. I respect everyone’s faith but you said something that bothered me, you said you were taught that there is no salvation outside the Mormon Church. Well, I was taught in the Mormon Church that God loves his children equally doesn’t matter whether you’re Mormon or catholic or jw or whatever church you follow, he loves us individually. I also served a mission. However , we INVITE people to hear our messages and they can decide for themselves. We as missionaries don’t go out and force our religion on people or CONVERT people. We don’t do the conversion, the Spirit does! We only INVITE and people can say YES or NO.

"We are saved by grace ... after all we can do." << THAT is Mormon doctrine. So what's the difference? The difference is that the world dismisses the portion ... "after all we can do." We must earn our salvation by demonstrating everything we can do to earn it. We can never fully earn our salvation, which is where grace steps in to fill in the blanks. It's absolutely laughable that these supposedly X Mormon missionaries have actually created their very own church. Yes, that's what they've done. It's their gospel of X-Mormon missionaries, rather than the Church of Jesus Christ. Narcissism on steroids.
