  Yeah dude you probably played a lot of hungry hungry hippos growing up cause that’s not how you’re supposed to do it. Pull to saturate with warm/hot water and possibly a bit of no or low foam soap. Push to extract then maybe do another pass But you’re kind of like brushing the carpet down and wetting it, not really cleaning it very well

  Next time, I suggest that you spray a proper carpet shampoo onto the carpet with a pump up sprayer. Let it sit for ten minutes and then use the machine to rinse it with hot water only. When you wash with soapy water but do not rinse, it leaves soap in the carpet. The soap dries sticky, attracting and holding dirt. Just like shampooing your hair but not rinsing. Also, try lowering that handle to a comfortable working position!

  They recomend not to use foaming products with carpet cleaners!!! Because that’s what happensss and ur carpet gets sticky afterwards

  Never put soap in your carpet extractor, always use a sprayer to first treat the carpet. Then use the machine with just water or a rinsing agent.
