  They are a nightmare mines every now and then clogs up and I rod it out with ease, it’s got clogged again but since yesterday I’ve been trying to rod for ages but it’s not unblocking any idea suggestion will be massively appreciated how to get in unblocked smell is awful need help urgently plzzzzz

  Schon wieder so ein versiffter Hinterhof!!! Eh ihr geht nur ein paar Stunden arbeiten! Wir gehen beide voll arbeiten und haben nebenbei noch einen Bauernhof mit Getreide und Rindern! Und ihr schafft es wirklich nicht die paar Meter sauber zu halten??? Geht gar nicht!!!

  Decided to build a soakaway, hand dug it all out almost 70% done then found out that the soakaway wont work in clay. Not looking forward to putting it all back in the pit.

  A very tidy job there. I want to build a pond in the garden but the area floods in winter. Could I build a soakaway under the pond to keep the foundation dry?

  If the garden floods I don’t think the soak away would work. I think you would need a storm sewer to be near by or a pump and pit
