  4:05 You probably know this but you can also see the amount of gold teeth in your pause menu, as indicated by the foil cards. I don't know why I posted a comment like this a year after the video was made, but regardless, this could help someone else.

  For me it was 30 minutes a night to play OoT on the N64 or Pokemon Crystal on my Gameboy color, except for weekends when I'd go to my grandma's to spend the night, and she had an NES and id be up all night trying to beat games like Mike Tyson's Punch Out, Mario 3, and Castlevania 1 lol

  @@RonTheTryhard don´t worry I get a very lucky RNG and make a super egg that can´t die and it´s count as a triple sacrife, so that and a ourobouros with fecundity, make my run pretty easy

  Idk honestly, I only started playing Downfall within the last few months but the Collector's been around for that long at least. It says he's a beta character though so I'm sure he was added later at some point.

  It's called Downfall, it's available on Steam and yeah it's a mod but one that's officially been supported it seems. It adds a ton more to the game.

  I think I just can't record this game when I'm in fast mode. Capture software hates it and bugs out the framerate. Gonna keep trying a couple more things though. Otherwise just gonna upload future slay the spire vids in normal "slow" mode. Sorry :/

  I still don't understand what makes this game so buggy when trying to capture it. I thought I fixed it, and it looked like it was working fine the first half of the vid but then starts bugging out again. Sorry :/

  Also...I forgot to grab the red key from a campfire but was totally planning on taking this run to the heart because it was so good lol. Kinda disappointed I fumbled that. Guess we'll never know if I could've beaten it or not. Never actually beaten the heart with ironclad because that thing seems to require very specific artifacts to even be feasible, and Ironclad just doesn't have good attack to defense ratio which is also needed.

  I finally figured out the issues my capture software was having in fast mode! Just took a lot of trial and error (again I can't really tell until the recording comes out...sorry it took so long). Evidently it was caused by having vsync turned on and borderless full-screen off. That specific combo plus fast mode made my capture software hate it.

  I tried to record my previous videos on fast mode, but the capture software bugs out for some reason and can't handle it...so either you watch it in fast mode and it trips out, or you deal with slow mode. Can always just set it to 2x speed I suppose /shrug

  I think Anger is the worst card in the game unless you have Spinning Top.

  I think you're wrong. It's good when you gain Strength over the fight, allowing you to draw your Str cards (e.g. Demon Form) early without as many attacks in the deck to slow you down from putting the setup cards in play while finding the necessary block. Over the fight your draw pile becomes more attack heavy at the same time as your Strength increases. It's also a great counter to enemies which put a lot of status cards into your deck (Sentries, Slimeboss and Hexaghost all in Act 1, but also Slavers in Act 2 and Nemesis in Act 3).
