I understand the seeing the positive and being grateful. However, validating your feelings is HUGE. Honestly, no one understands no matter how much much they love you, and how much a team you are, that when it’s your body the rollercoaster of emotions are REAL. Especially with the hormones and matters of the heart. The unknown is haunting and anything can happen. Acknowledging what you feel is important because you need to know WHY you’re feeling this. It’s not true you do not need men to have your son to get potty trained. I trained my two boys and of course my hubby did train them too. But boys to forever to get potty trained
Right? It wasn’t to bad for us I don’t think but we have nothing to compare it too. I don’t think it took us too long. He had it down within a month but I think a lot of our success had to do with the fact that we waited until he was showing signs of being ready.

I wish I could workout 5 days I week I be trying but I always give up 🤦🏽♀️ but imma keep going … great vlog thanks for sharing & that ice cream look super good
It’s definitely a STRUGGLE the only reason I can commit is because the workouts I do are 40min or less. I am going to cut down my days though these circuit trainings are no good for my PCOS. It’s not giving up if you are showing up …even if it’s 1-3 days a week. You got to do what’s best for you and as a working mom of a toddler I know your schedule is TIGHT. You got this !!!!!

Hii !!! You guys are so relatable!! I grew up in a household like Megan’s !! I couldn’t move from the table if I didn’t eat ALL my food and now I struggle with forcing myself to finish my plate every time !! I’m learning to breath during my eating because I find myself rushing to eat to leave the table as I did as a kid , and now I struggle with over eating bcuz I eat so fast and my body has no time to acknowledge how much food I ate !! I try not to force my son either , but at least a couple bites 💗 alsoooo how do you get music on your videos without getting copyrighted!! I’m struggling on that
I struggle with this too even though my experience was different. Always having food available and no one to stop me lead me to overeating which in return I spent most of my adolescence overweight. As an adult I eat super fast (don’t know where I got this from) and I find myself hungry soon after a meal. It’s a cycle we are definitely trying to break. I get most of my music from SoundCloud. I just search for remakes of my favorite songs. Make sure to read the description to ensure that there isn’t any text you may need to put in the description box and/or to make sure it is truly copyright free. I also test my videos before publishing as well. Hope this helps and thanks for watching ❤️

It’s definitely challenging especially with some many distractions but if we aren’t going to do it for ourselves we have to do it for our kids. We need to approach it as we would with motherhood … try to do our best we can everyday and if we mess up dust ourselves off and try again. I looked long and hard for this one.
