  Depending on how bad your mental health is though this is only a temporary solution. Not that I am saying it doesn't help, but depending on how bad your mental health is you may need a lot more help than just running.

  Very true! This video is just meant to be funny but many people need more than just exercise to maintain their mental health. Therapy can be very beneficial as can anti anxiety or antidepressant medications

  You look amazing. im 29 and my forehead wrinkles are deep lol.probably bc i talk using my eyebrows alot. i guess its not about genetics that much but also taking care of it and being less expressive

  I’d say I’m pretty expressive. I think a lot of it is genetics, sun exposure and other risk factors too. I definitely could’ve done a better job using SPF when I was younger

  @@annacarwileit’s great that you look your age because I do too. Millennials look younger than their older generation counterparts, so we’re changing the concept of what age looks and feels like. So yes you look 36 and that means you look healthy, young, and have great skin! Go you!

  You should get some really good lotion and something good for under your eyes your skin tone looks good but at 36 the wrinkling seems a little much but I see you smile with your eyes so that probably causes the lines under the eyes if you don’t start caring for them now by the time you are 40 you will have looked very aged.

  @@annacarwilewell if you got those lines from smiling with your eyes I wouldn’t necessarily call it a problem. But trust your going to thank your self because it will make a huge difference as you age I’m 42

  If your truly doubting cutting it then I'd recommend that you don't.Ive had my hair down to my waist since I was 13(I'd trim it myself every few months)well my adult daughter said that she wanted to see me with my hair short and I did not want to do it but I will do anything for my kids so we went and git it cut to my chin i hated it and have been growing it back for two years.I don't want you to go through what I have.It was almost traumatic ❤❤❤

  Same thing with the river boat in Louisville KY.. cross over the 2nd st bridge (free..) take first exit and circle around to the river road and you get the best pic of skyline and the both river boats..
