  I think there’s two guests one is a actual bird hybrid or whatever and the others is Mr Peterson and the reason he dresses up as the guest And runs around the cemetery is so to scare others away because he’s just trying to protect his daughter and wife who are buried there and he knows no one will come out there if he dresses up as the towns scarer

  part 2 was released, which proves to us that Aaron is not a guest since he was in the attic, a helpless, crying boy. Does this mean that the guest is a mechanism or a robot, why am I saying this? listen to the sounds of the guest, what sounds does he make, man is not capable of making such sounds, so this makes it a fact that the guest is a mechanism or a robot that has some kind of task

  I think its like scream. In scream you know there is usually 2 killers right like in the first one it was Billy and Stu. But others didn't know that. I think there could be a chance that both of them could be involved. But in my opinion I think the guest is Aaron.

  i think its aaron bc he got evil after he killed his sister and after his mom died i think he got looked up in the basment at the start of hello neighbor 1 but he ecaped and got raven/the guest so we see he wants revenge but then he lets the neighbor go bc he saw us in raven brooks and the park so the neighbor escapes and go in raven brooks museum so u see he made an deal with raven brooks there all evil and the reason why the neighbor and the guest follows us or try to catch us is bc i think we are the ckarackter from hello neighbor 1 so u see in the fullversion i guess wil the neighbor try to help us so the guest can get deafeted what bdo u think about my thehory?

  Bit late here but your theory is all wrong. First off, Aaron is NOT The Guest and he is still trapped up the attic with Mr. Peterson (The Neighbor) which he's still protecting his son. Second of all, If you read the books, The Guest is actually some demon bird creature thing and he likes kidnapping people and giving them bad luck. Third of all, Mr. Peterson will not be the good guy in Hello Neighbor 2 because he still doesn't want anyone to break into his house and save Aaron so he's still a Villian. Fourth of all, we are NOT playing as the same character in Hello Neighbor 1, we are playing as a new character.

  Ok First of all the house looks so plain because they’re playing an early access but it is they’re the creators when they released it they redid the textures and remastered the whole game and change the code and it’s a trailer that’s why the lightning was in there it’s not an actual gameplay it’s an animation

  I had right now a dream were Quentin (player) rips off the guest mask and it is the skinnier neighbor! I was terrified of that dream and it still is in my head like a mystery! And i‘m riting a hello neighbor 2 book so I guess I add my dream to the story!

  Maybe after the events with hello neighbor Raven brooks got a bad reputation and maybe that's why the houses are old thay probably cut funds for some houses around the town and unlucky ones like Nicky's house where destroyed maybe to hide the dark past of Raven Brooks or to save funding's and that's why Nicky not in Hello Neighbor 2 maybe he left again because the Mayor told him that he had to destroy Nicky's childhood home to save funds for Raven Brooks and Nicky left with disbelief that the place he grew up at a humble town turned to a town that can't keep up with funds end more and made the choice to destroy homes to save funds all because of that one incident. I don't know if this could happen and a town that needs funds to strive on really works but it seems fiting to me.

  Well, according to the book “Reset Day”, the Guest is actually Mr. Peterson aka Theodore Peterson aka the NEIGHBOR. It was revealed in the end.
