    I have a yale electric pallet jack with error code al06. Works fine goes up and down fwd and back, but then abruptly stops code is on al06 turn key off and on and back to use

  • @PalletJackson
    @PalletJackson9 күн бұрын

    AL06 error code can be triggered by 5 conditions related to the motor field and current issues. Here's a summary: *V FIELD NOT OK:* Incorrect voltage at the field connections causes the truck's traction and hydraulic functions to be disabled. Possible causes include loose or damaged cable connections to the motor field, or poor crimps on wires connected to F1 and F2. Verify and secure all connections. *I = 0 EVER:* If motor current levels don't exceed a preset minimum while driving, the truck's traction and hydraulic functions are disabled. Possible causes include damaged or loose electrical connections to the traction motor, low resistance in the traction motor armature (check for shorts), or a damaged controller. Verify connections, check the armature, and if the truck briefly drives but stops with code AL6, replace the controller. *HIGH FIELD CURRENT:* High field current detected by the controller causes the truck's traction and hydraulic functions to be disabled. Possible causes include loose, damaged, or shorted field wires, a shorted or low motor field winding, or a failure of the current sensor in the controller. Check the field wire connections, motor field resistance (around 0.5 ohms), and the controller's current sensor. *NO FIELD CURRENT:* Low field current detected by the controller leads to the truck's traction and hydraulic functions being disabled. Possible causes include loose or damaged cable connections to the motor field, an open or high-resistance motor field winding (should measure ~1.5 ohms), a failed field current sensor or drivers in the controller, or a damaged main contactor circuit. Check connections, measure resistances, and consider replacing the controller if necessary. *STBY I HIGH:* If the controller detects motor current during standby mode, the truck's traction and hydraulic functions are disabled. The likely cause is a damaged controller, which should be replaced. In general, this error disables traction and hydraulic functions, and depending on the condition, loose or damaged connections, motor issues, or a faulty controller are common causes. Replacing or securing connections and possibly replacing the controller are the main steps to resolve it.

    Code e159 ?

  • @PalletJackson
    @PalletJacksonАй бұрын

    Hi, Error e159 in Toyota electric pallet jacks indicates a 'CAN Bus Overrun Error.' This arises due to the TA not replying to CAN messages. You can resolve this error by: 1. Checking for short or open circuits in CAN-bus wiring. 2. Addressing electrical noise by: - Inspecting CAN-bus wiring. - Using a known-good battery. - Driving in a different environment. 3. Check the power amplifier. 4. Check the ETAC. If the issue persists, contact our customer support team for further assistance.

    But how do the front wheels work?

  • @PalletJackson
    @PalletJackson2 ай бұрын

    Hi, thank you for approaching us with your query. The front wheels (commonly referred to as "steer wheels") on pallet jacks are pivoted and connected to a tiller or handle. When the operator moves the tiller left or right, it causes the steer wheels to turn in that direction. This steering mechanism allows for precise control and maneuverability. We'll soon share a detailed video on understanding the front and rear wheels of a pallet jack, briefing their functions and roles. Keep connected! We hope that this will help resolve your query. Thank you again!

    I have a 2005 Toyota Bt swe120s walkie stacker. Do you guys know what E202 code is?

  • @PalletJackson
    @PalletJackson3 ай бұрын

    Thank you for reaching out to us. Error 202 in Toyota electric pallet jack models may be attributed to the TA current sensor error. The underlying cause could potentially stem from a fault in the Phase current sensor. To address this issue, we recommend investigating the cause of the apparent short. Start by examining the cables, and proceed to replace the TA and/or traction motor until the problem is isolated

    AMAZING VIDEO!! helped me get a better understanding of what I'm dealing with. I have a jack that the piston does not go down. I already checked the release valve lever and even manually held it and did not go down. I decided to take the hydraulic bolts off. Right now all 3 sections are empty, hydraulic cylinder, Hydraulic pump, and a bolt that was in the bottom by the wheel which I'm assuming is the hydraulic fluid (yes hydraulic came out from this bolt too). Keep in mind the piston is still up high and wont come down. any info helps. THANK YOU!!!

    In your opinion, which company makes the most reliable electric walkie pallet jacks?

  • @PalletJackson
    @PalletJackson6 ай бұрын

    Thanks for reaching out! In my opinion, when it comes to reliability in electric walkie pallet jacks, Toyota and Crown are two companies that consistently stand out. Each company has a strong track record of producing durable and dependable equipment. However, the choice between the two may come down to factors such as specific features, pricing, and after-sales support. I recommend considering your individual needs and comparing the offerings from both Toyota and Crown to make the most informed decision.

    great info, is the process the same as on your video to add hydraulic fluid to a crown pallet jack?How can i measure the current fluid level without a dip stick

  • @PalletJackson
    @PalletJackson7 ай бұрын

    Hi, thank you for contacting us. If your Crown pallet jack doesn't have a dipstick, you can measure the fluid level visually through a sight glass or by observing the level relative to a marked fill line on the reservoir. Another suggestion would be, use a thin wire or a straw. Insert it into the fluid reservoir and mark the wet part. Then, compare it with the recommended level. We have made a detailed video on how you can add hydraulic fluid to your pallet jack. You can check it here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/o5uNx9Z9eMTffMo.html We hope the recommended video will help resolve your queries. Still, if you have any questions, you can email us at [email protected] or call us at 832-239-5393 for a more detailed consultation. We are available 9am to 6pm EST, Monday to Friday.

    Is a broken cylinder body fixable?

  • @PalletJackson
    @PalletJackson8 ай бұрын

    Hey, thank you for contacting us. It depends on the severity of the damage and the cylinder material. In many cases, a broken cylinder body can be repaired through welding or other specialized techniques. If the damage is minimal and doesn't compromise the structural integrity, a skilled technician will be able to weld it. However, if the damage is extensive or if the cylinder is made of a material that doesn't weld well, a complete replacement will be a more practical option. You can call us at 832-239-5393 or email at [email protected] for more detailed consultation. Our business hours are 9am to 6pm EST.
