    Not trying to be contrarian but doesn’t zip tie’s g the throttle keep the governor from regulating engine speed? Do you think a slightly stronger spring would help in cold climates?

    This is my first year of growing potatoes. I was just wondering when is it time to harvest them? Do I wait till the vines die or before? It's early in the year so I was thinking I wouldn't harvest till at least Sept. but my first planting is turning yellow and wilting already.

  • @SteeveeDan
    @SteeveeDan5 күн бұрын

    The only reason I chose to harvest this early is because the vines were all but dead. Really early for this time of year but I'm happy with the outcome. Hopefully you will be too!

    If it comes off the rim again the slim will work great but. Take it off with a 3/4 wrench. clean the rim edges first. get it back on the rim and inflate. Then take out valve stem and put in slim. reinsert stem and fill with air. BEFORE replacing tire. roll it around and on its side to get slim around edges.

    Absolutely genius idea for a video man Glad to see your joystick upgrade conversion came out so dam good, I'm drooling over it like a fckn clown. Recently slapped a set of BKT agrimax rt855's to replace my original firestone 23° long/short bars. Those tires earned their keep, but in the fireberry hawthorn patches, pulling the box blade up the Ling run of my driveway they were brittle and had more cracks than a drunk illegal pouring concrete 3 hours too late haha I say that because I cannot believe the raw power the tire alone with zero additional weight add to the 1050's. Everywhere I needed 4wd before no bllsht she now will slip alittle but pull right through like nothing! No locker, no weight in the front loader. Obviously new tires bite better, but besides the Lucas hydraulic oil booster and transmute additive that is by far the most impressive gain/increase/improvement I have ever seen on a dam 1050. The bkt is an 8 ply radial, I know your 1050 is one strong bull, but upgrading the old tires has far more improvement than you'd think, he'll even a better ride for us as we will be getting old one of these days hey lol
