I remember being blown away by Barry seeing him with Mike Stern, and Steve Slagle in Boston in the late 80's or early 90's. It was at the tiny 1369 Club. I can't overstate how much I love and respect Barry's playing.

Hi, Dear.I saw your KZread channel and understand you are a very hardworking youtuber. Very nice video on your channel, I really enjoyed it. According to your channel, I noticed that you have good quality videos but the videos are not getting views and subscribers are not increasing. You need to optimize your channel and do video SEO to reach your target audience. Otherwise, if you upload videos to your channel throughout the year, none of your videos will get viral views. If your channel is optimized a little and if the videos are SEO then your channel will rank very fast and your channel will grow.

I am so proud on Dennis, being Dutch on his performances, his beautiful voice....he is amazing. A kind of reincarnation of Frank Sinatra. I saw him on Dutch television in 2019 and straight away I was convinced his would be the winner and up to a great future. It's now 15 of March, and I hope he will be on TV tonight with this new great album. Big hug for him!

Danette's "bedside manner" (as he called it) - interacting with the audience - is definitely a talent not all have. And her interaction with her musicians is phenomenal and is very evident in her performances (and noted by other musicians who attend her performances). Danette's humbleness continues to be a definite attribute to her great talent. I am looking forward to the results of her "reprogramming" and I know she will be even more wonderful - if that's even possible! As a friend from Cleveland (all the way back to high school) I am so happy to get to follow her journey so closely and attend as many performances of hers as possible.

Great to hear Carla’s voice, and amazing how, at the end, she pared down her musical ideas to duets with Steve, and trios adding Andy to what her waning energies could support. I was lucky enough to hear the trio live at Jazz Standard-2 sublime sets, where she looked very fragile from her brain cancer. RIP Carla.
