  It is not really waterfront because the largest boat you can have that allows yuo access to Tampa Bay is a SMALL skiff. The teeny, tiny bridge that separates the homeowner from the real bay is VERY low. So, one cannot have a real boat docked behind you house. Cut the cost by at least a third.

  Beautiful, gorgeous, incredible house. The problem is you can't have a real boat, bigger than a skiff, docked behind your glorious mansion because of that confusticated low hanging bridge that separates your nautical self from the Bay. The house might as well be on a lake. Certainly you have no access to the Bay! So, lower the price by a LOT. This is not real waterfront property, no matter how wet the yard is.

  A LOT!! of style to the design of the house. Personally I do not like white cabinetry in the kitchen. White cabinets do not evoke apple pie and Toll House cookie emotions, to me. I would repaint the bedroom colors but that is just me and I am certain many more refined folks would find the color schemes desirable (They would be wrong but if one has questionable taste and money, do as one pleases.) but I would have decorated otherwise. None-the-less, beautifully designed, love the columns and the brick pool deck. This is a wonderful house.

  100,000 per acre in taxes a year. Other hand most the people who live here are very nice.

  I love the elegance. So many houses in this price range look like like they were put together haphazardly. You will see beautiful dark wood cabinetry stuck against white walls and trim. In contrast this house is put together. The colors blend with warmth and class. I think this is the best kitchen & family room ensemble I've seen and the rest of the house and grounds are like that too. Top notch and exceeds the elegance level of many more expensive residences.

  You should consider the home buyers who will be stuck trying to make their way out of the homes they over borrow on today. NAR is not a good source of unbiased information. If you want to be more objective, consider opinions outside of those with a vested stake in the success of the real estate industry. The bubble that is beginning to pop is one that built over 30 years, not 4 or 7 or 10.
