After hearing mixed reviews online about Puffy using fiberglass in their mattresses and even seeing a page in their website about them not using fiberglass, I reached out to customer support and asked if they use fiberglass or any variations such as glass fiber, glass wool, GFK, etc. This was their response: “Thank you for reaching out to us. All of our models were upgraded, and Puffy Mattresses have no fiberglass in their fire-retardant layer or any other part of the mattress. The foams in our mattresses go through the highest standards of quality assurance to ensure you're getting a safe and cozy night's sleep. All the foams of the Puffy mattresses are CertiPUR-US ®ï¸ certified and independently tested for quality. This means they're made without ozone depleters, PBDEs, TDCP or TCEP flame retardants, mercury, lead, and other heavy metals, formaldehyde, and phthalates. The foams also have low VOC, and the top cover of our mattress is hypoallergenic.” I asked another customer support representative what materials they use for their fire retardant cover. This was their response: “The fire sock material for our mattresses is now made from viscose fiber and wool.”

Some mattress DO NOT put the fiberglass on label, I had to call the company and ask, the mattress had 8% fiberglass yet not on the label.

I have a cheap $200 foam from Ashley’s in firm that has completely spoiled me with its strong edge support. I didn’t even know that other mattresses lack in this category until I started shopping for a new bed 😂

Update: I bought a Puffy because of this review and am happy after sleeping on it for almost a month! The Puffy makes my 4th mattress in a few months short of 5 years. This mattress isn't going anywhere. So grateful you took the time to film and share this video! Thank you so much for this thorough review. I felt that I had hit a wall--too many videos, reviews, and, frankly, too many mattress trials. However, your review helped me develop the language I needed to buy a mattress. So I went to a showroom to get a feel for the mattress and followed your tips. Nope. It wasn't the right one. Now, I will order a Puffy and hope it's my last stop.

On the Puffy website, when they answer customer questions, they say they have a small amount of fiberglass. I hope the future brings more options without glass fibers.

I have two of these chairs . Downside both a nightmare to get the screws into the holes and tighten . I see on yours you put the chair back plate on top of the base plate but the ones I got they look like they have to go underneath the chair plate. On neither did the arm rests line up with the holes and took great effort to get into place . On the plus side when assembled they make you sit in a decent posture, no lazing back but they are comfortable .

When you're deciding how to decorate a space that has navy blue paint, there are some colors that work particularly well. And this video has all that's needed to create a beautiful outcome! Besides the tips here I think you should choose lighter shades of navy blue, like powder and slate blue. These colors will add contrast and depth to any room.

I am very small, but I sure would not be comfortable with a mattress that sinks as far as the Puffy. I would have to get someone to help me up out of it. lol ... Love your reviews! You do a great job.

Very good review. Strongly considering this mattress. 1.) With the additional foam and other materials does that provide or contribute to the longevity of the mattress as this mattress can support a heavier person? 2.) We live in Florida and of course for most of the year it's warm and we live for the most part under air-conditioning. This probably is a question with no easy answer, but will this mattress run hotter and dissipate less heat? BTW: I have been watching all of your reviews as we have similar issues with sports injuries either from working out or softball where I have a bad shoulder and a really bad knee and our size and weight are similar so I can more readily relate to your reviews. Thanks in advance for all of your help..

Did you find the back section cant bolt to the base section without a huge gap between the 2 bits of metal? Followed your video and yours looks like the 2 buts of metal sit flush but the bulge on mine seems to prevent it from sitting properlly and just seems wrong to me 🤔🤔
