way to go bro! good job! just make sure that you do not bend your body forward when you want to punch so you reach your opponent, it would put you in a lot of danger if you took high kicks or upper cuts or knee strikes, cheering from sudan!!

keep your knee bend until your knee pass the sandbag vertically, then release knee to have max power

I resonate with this style of content a lot, I come from a background of Philippine Taekwondo and I really like the feeling of training martial arts outside in the sun surrounded by nature, really encaptures the "warrior" or "mandirigma" mentality and it's like a chance to reconnect with life without the distractions of modern social media. Osu, try barefoot running with focus on striking the midfoot, not heel. It will condition your bones, make your ankles hard so it is not easy to injure, strengthen the whole body and make you very explosive and not easy to get tired. Takes time to get used to it though.

Since watching your videos, I’ve adopted a lot more of a Kyokushin style training and with my kickboxing style, I’ve had a lot of fun with it so thanks for introducing me. I accidentally kicked the corner of a wall though, so my left foot is swollen, but I’ll be fine in a few days
Do u read manga about karate? Or any martial art manga? If u do, maybe u can try their training variation.

Pacquaio has messed around with the double handed punch a few times, mostly when he was dominating his opponent already. A bit different form but he did it against Joshua Clottey. The guard stuff is kinda whatever it's fine out or tight but I can understand your frustration with him going back on what he said.
