  No VHF Air band radios don't use Bluetooth. They need a big headphone jack.

  I use one daily, the quality is OK, the bluetooth works fine, you need to get the mike positioned correctly to avoid distortion but for a cheap brain bucket with comms it's hard to beat.

  Noise reducing? Hahaha crock of shit. This helmet is terrible, I have this helmet and the v-can 210, WIND NOISE IS CRAZY (Wear some ear plugs lol you'll need them)
