I heard that Applying heat to a tincture would destroy the cannabinoids and terpenes and, thus removing all medicinal effects from the product. For the best results, add a few drops of your tincture to your dish after cooking and before plating your meal
That's partially true. Cannabinoids and terpenes start to burn off above 340°F. So if you make at low enough temp, it will fine. Even if you forget and bake at 350°F it will be okay, the degradation at the time for baking cookies is so small. Yes, you can add tinctures after baking or cooking. That would work too. Can you do this with premade cookie dough??
With pre-made cookie dough, I'd add a cannabis chocolate or something on top after baking for better dosing. You can't just evenly blend in tincture into pre-made cookie dough. It might be uneven

Dying at this chicken and the silly fart grunt noises while you were talking!!!! Also I saw in another video that it's not good to make angel food cake when it's humid out, because the excess humidity will disrupt the integrity of the merengue. Could be why both cake and topping didn't set as well as planned. I genuinely don't know shit though. Cooking videos are a natural anti-anxiety drug imo but maybe I'll make these someday 🤷🏻♀️
Nice video and great chicken set up! You know when my sister and I were little we took the last egg to be colored at Easter and wrote on it with the wax crayon, "Fart Egg" and drew a smile on it and dipped it in every color. Somehow it got put out with the other eggs when company came. We got in trouble but doing that to one egg became a yearly tradition.

I use unsalted butter from my local farm. Super creamy smooth cannabutter from the LEVO II.
2 cups of flour 2tsp baking powde r 1/2 tsp salt 10 TBS butter 1 cup of sugar 2 eggs Zest from one lemon 2 TBS lemon juice 1tsp each of vanilla and lemon extract Sugar and powder sugar for rolling cookie dough Cill the dough for 1 hour Bake 350F 9-11 minutes

Can I freeze them since they have powder sugar
I make these for work. I usually do a decent size batch and then freeze them all without the powdered sugar on them. Thaw them out the morning I need them for about an hour or so and then roll them in powdered sugar.

decarb is different depending on if you want thc or cbd... I did not see an option there. they require different temp's.. Looks good for the last infusion stage.
Decarb is the activation cycle i believed

Does it get hot enough for the chemical reaction to take place. I see temps like 280. This is only 180. Hmmmmmmm anyone know?
280 too high i believe you want under 200
my guess it is not heated for enough time to decarb

You need to clarify you butter before infusing.
Or you can use GHEE butter that is already clarified.
Why do you have to activate it if you are going to use it to bake with? Aren't you going to activate it during the baking?
No. Must activate- decarb separately.
