  Thank you for your comment! its best to eat them fresh right after frying but you can put them in the fridge for 3 days just make sure to refry them, and you can keep them in the freezer before frying for 1 month!🤗💕

  thank you for watching! they're dried grass noodle soak in hot water! here is the whole recipe ☺💖 🌸Prawn filling - 350 g peeled, deveined and finely chopped prawns - 15 - 18 prawns - 15 -18 rice paper 22 cm in diameter - 80 g dried glass noodles - 100 g cabbate - 100 g carrot - 50 g spring onion - 50 g onion - 30 g black mushrooms - 1 egg - 1 tbsp soy sauce - 1 tbsp oyster sauce - 1 tsp salt - 1 tsp sugar - 1 tsp ground white pepper 🌸Spring rolls sauce - 150 ml water - 150 g sugar - 80 g white vinegar - 1/2 tbsp salt - 1 long red chilli finely chopped Fry for medium heat (160 c)
