  This has to be the weirdest benchmark test i've ever seen. You're capping your fps to 165 (or you don't know how to uncap it ) so you can't even see what the cpu can handle AND you're playing in Gun Run which doesn't even render the whole map plus it's not even the default game mode. Do better.
