  I have downloaded my offline maps but as soon as I pull away from the house and am no longer connected to wifi, the offline maps will not load. Why could this be?

  Hello, I have been trying to reach your customer service for the past couple of days and have been unsuccessful. Sometime last week my air conditioning controls stopped working. I have been trying to fix it myself for the past couple of days but I have yet to figure it out. I’ve searched all over Google and KZread to see what settings I need to make it but I haven’t found anything. I noticed that my time and date was wrong when this issue started so I think it somehow got reset or something along those lines. Anything you can do to help would be greatly appreciated it’s over 100 degrees everyday where I live and I’ve been pouring sweat everyday I go to work and leave. Thank you.

  Ok I have a Kenwood DDX model with the camera button so I need to run separate purple wire from the reverse trigger wire? And then the red wire from the camera connects to the red from wire harness? And of course need to tap into the ground wire.

  I have the 12.1 unit and bluetooth stop working this morning i try to reset diferents times delete it connect it back again and nothing. I even plig the usb car plat and can play videos and all but without sound.. bluetooth shows the audio is going but i cant heard anything.. i even connected to wifi and play youtube videos and again no audio... But if i tune the radio station or the old cd that i peft behind that part still works... any number o any website where i can call or message?

  Boa tarde ! Tenho um PX5 da Joying minha tela está parecendo TV analógica toda chuviscada e meu touch screen hora funciona e hora não funciona. As teclas laterais não estão mais funcionando e não acho a opção de fazer a calibração. O menu do meu rádio é diferente deste do vídeo.

  Hello, I have a 2014 ram with a px3 7.1 unit, sometimes the screen format changes and the air conditioning controls disappear due to a green button on the left and red on the right of the bluetooh, the image of the ram constantly changes due to others car models, what is the difference between ram hi and ram low, that is, manual ac and automatic ac, how could I resolve this conflict? My head unit does not have the save and restart options, thank you
