  Where do you buy your transfers from?

  We mostly purchase Supacolor transfers. We go directly through them. We have used heattransferwarehouse to get them too because they have those there too. We use TransferExpress for all our names and numbers. We also have a local DTF person we use if we need somthing fast or for testing.

  @ the 4min mark when your lining up the numbers, Is there a way to avoid getting that mark from the transfers on the shirts? Does it come off after a wash?

  Yeah I'm pretty sure it goes away after you wash it. I don't usually notice it after the fact.

  I just purchased the Vevor 16x24 heat press & I set temperature at 385 & it never get above 309. I’ve contacted Vevor support & they told me that I was measuring wrong. Here’s a picture of how I measured. I also have the 15x15 & I’ve always measured the top plate. Any help would be gravely appreciated. Thank you. Couldn’t add picture.

  We haven't had any issues like you are having that we know of. I did however have to take mine apart and trouble shoot why it wasn't turning on. I was able to locate one wire that was barely connected and was the cause of my issue. It has been working great ever since. If you purchased from Amazon I'm sure you could still send it back?

  I usually do for most of these I didn't cause they weren't really wrinkled and I live in a really dry climate. I don't if that makes a difference or not 😅

  @@RIDGCustoms Not well. Even after belt sanding the sharp corners off the platens, I still experience pinch marks. Vevor support said the hats must be too big however hats are Cricut and a few other cheap foam front hats designed for sublimation. They would not allow returning however they have refunded half the price.

  We had a basic one off Amazon. I don't remember the specific one but it was a 14x14 heat press. Worked decent, but stopped working less than a year in.

  so they do dtf now? i thought it was silk screen under base with digital prints on top of the underbase? have you compared both if so which ones did you like better as far as feel wise?

  Yep! The overall quality of their normal stuff like Wearables, blocker etc. Is still better in my opinion but I do like the quality of the DTFs. I would say they feel similar but not as heavy or thick. So depending on personal preference that could be good or bad. And the price point for doing smaller orders under 20 is very enticing too. We've actually have used the DTFs a lot recently. Hope that helps. For us, we've tried different companies and SupaColor has the best for us by far.

  So I unwrapped my machine today, plugged it in and it caught fire! The house RCD switch tripped and left me in the dark, coughing from the fumes and a red glow from the machine which was on fire. Please dont buy this machine. It is clearly a terrible and dangerous product and I wish I had seen these comments before purchasing this!

  Wow! That is wild. Sorry to hear that happened to yours! Ours has been working just fine since we've had it but the smoking in the beginning was a concern... After the last few purchases, we've made on amazon for heat press and that hat one we are going to go with a higher end brand next. They get the job done but definitely get what you pay for. Glad that you are okay though.
