  Standard Mandarin sounds city while Sichuan sounds a bit more country side... Beijing accent is in between the two...

  I’m from Chongqing so I’m biased but having also learned other languages, I think the Sichuan’s toned down pinying is a lot easier for foreigners to pronounce than mandarin

  For me, I love the way they all sound. Chinese always sounds nice to me, but Mandarin is the smoothest, in my opinion
