What a lovely treat of a dish it looks so tasty mand thank you I’m not a spice person but my family are they will love this , and I suppose you could do it with chicken breasts too ? Amanda xx
I've never had duck, but this doesn't look intimidating. Thanks!
Love duck but must have no pink for me think you just gave me recipe for mid week meal thanks again.
Not cooked duck before.. This looks good.. Thanks Mand
I love duck, and that looked like a lovely dinner, and those potatoes so crunchy.Duck is very expensive here,in fact you can’t even get it in a supermarket, you need to order from a butcher. The ducks here have more fat, about a half inch on the breast,I like mine cooked medium rare, and I had it last Christmas for my dinner. If you carve it across the grain, instead of with the grain it will be more tender.😊
You inspire me to try new recipes! Thank you 😊
Love duck, you cooked it perfectly for my taste Mand 😋 xx
Good recipe Mand, and nice new work station.
I don't know if duck is as expensive in the UK as it is here in Spain. Those two duck breasts would have cost about €20 here 😯
This is almost Michelin starred quality cooking and very impressive and the best part is you could try this in your own kitchen. Fantastic Mandy and Beddy in the background for sharing this with us all we really appreciate it 🙃
You know how to get my taste buds going delicious 😊❤xx

Have you ever made a Summer Pudding? Quite a bit of work sorting out the soft fruits but it's mainly mixed Summer fruits, sugar and bread to line a bowl. It is delicious! Di x

Mix pork with the beef, it makes a massive difference to the overall flavour
I've tried it didn't like it so much x
@@thedinnerlady9180 fair enough, least you tried, that the art of cooking trying what you like.
Does the honey act as a thickener?
It boils down to a sticky glase x
looks yummy, really enjoyed the live last night, thank you, where did u get the island and how much was it? x
I've never had duck before. That looks so delicious in that sticky sauce I'm gonna try it. I heard you mention garlic and ginger but didn't see you put any in? Did I miss it? Thanks to you both for your continued inspiration and dedication..😊
Mandy did mention it but I didn't see it being added either. Still looks gorgeous! Lovely comment from you. They really deserve all of our support. Di x
Yes go pro error sorry x
@@thedinnerlady9180 So did it go in with the chilli and it was fresh garlic and ginger?

That looks absolutely mouthwatering I have never thought of doing lettuce like that I would even like it without the chicken Think that will be a dinner this week for me 😋😋
It's so good! I love it x
My mum used to make bacon and onion roly poly, never see it nowadays :( Like Ian I love jam roly poly but like it crispy on the outside. Just playing catch up with your vids :)
Making these this week. Thanks! Do you have a link to your new oven plz?
Don't have a link Ian bought it from amazon x
Love this. Looks delicious ❤
I always take off the skin
Very interesting
I love your honourable missie
Yours is better than Phill Vicory’s on this morning! Good for you…..
Absolutely lush! I came across you when I looked up a corned beef pie. I’ve lived in Canada since I was a kid, but was born in Blyth and my grandparents lived in Lynemouth backing into the fields by the farmhouse. Watching you reminds me of my grandma’s cooking. I love it. 🥰
Looks gorgeous - a different take from my Mums recipe that I now use. I use the remainder of a boiled gammon joint, mince it up and mix it with 3 eggs to bind it up. Then, make a well in the middle and break another egg in there. I then add the pastry lid and cook. Trouble is, it tastes so good, I keep going back and having another slice, so it doesn't last long, even with just me eating it ! I will try your version too. Thanks Mandy for your fab recipes - take care 🙂
OH WOW, that looks fabulous ! Never heard of cooking lettuce before. I'm going to have to try this one 1 Thanks Mandy for all your brilliant recipes - take care 🙂
Delicious as usual and thank you!
The sous vide takes it to another level so juicy 😋👍
