Hi, there. I'm Alejandro. I wish to pass a brief message of how I had been able to overcome my rheumatoid arthritis via a naturopathic process. Before I was exposed to these natural remedies for healing my arthritic conditions, I had once been a victim of this debilitating disease and had suffered a great deal due to the worsening of my condition. My fingers were crooked and thus, it had been impossible for me to partake in any able-bodied activity. I was practically damaged by this condition, which had also led to my prompt resignation from my job. Quitting my job was the most downhearted experience I had ever had to go through as a sufferer of this diseases. This condition had worsened over time - from the deformity of both hands, to my short-lived marriage. The pharmaceutical recommendations were not favorable to me at all, and it was if the more pharmaceutical products I had depended on, the more critical the whole situation became for me. This whole painful scenario had persisted for a very long time, until Providence had issued certain natural remedies to me via the professional assistance of an African herbal practitioner by the name Dr. Harry Obiego. This herbal specialist Dr. Harry: [email protected] is responsible for the satisfactory improvement of this condition. An advert led me to contact this herbal healer for professional guidance in reversing my arthritic condition. I was very impressed at his knowledge in naturopathy and the hospitality he had showed in wanting to help me overcome this disease naturally. I was thus recommended some herbal products by this herbal healer which were utilized to great effect. I am very marveled at my recent improvement from arthritis and which is why I want to use this opportunity to pass this piece of message to any sufferers of this condition, who may run across this post, as a motivator not to hesitate to spread this message and also try this natural remedy for a momentous improvement . I hope to use this piece of information to resuscitate hope in anyone experiencing the same ordeal...

Currently 37 years old. Diagnosed at age 34. Symptoms started as early as 14 years old. Disease went untreated and undiagnosed for nearly 2 decades. This resulted in a slow but gradual fusion of my entire spine, SI joints and neck. Has begun to creep into ribs more recently. No longer can move my head as it’s in a fixed downward angle and protrudes a solid 4-6 inches past my centerline if looking at my profile from side. This leaves me staring at the ground and an off centered posture. This leads to a cascade of problems all the way down to my ankles and toes due to weight imbalance of head over shoulders which domino effects the rest of my thoracic and lower back into my hips. Have been working physical labor jobs and struggling with a drug addiction since around the age of 16-17 years old. Didn’t realize I was self medicating my undiagnosed disease for the longest time. So of course addiction has been a journey through hell all on its own let alone having this curse of a disease. I have experienced withdrawal countless times before getting proper treatment and God only knows how that accelerated my disease as well. Doing a fair bit better now but everyday is still chronic pain. Some days worse than others. Always the worst in mornings when first waking and towards end of day or after any moderate amount of physical exertion to attempt to stand as straight as I can, particularly in public as I don’t think I’ll ever accept how I’ve come to look at the age of 37. More OK with and have accepted this is my life now and that my once not disabled, healthy body was a thing of the past. In the end it is what it is.

I’ve beat TMS several times over the past 20 years. Recently having another bout, which is why I’m here. I’m confident it will be gone soon, just as before. I disagree with two points… 1. It doesn’t take 30 or 90 days to resolve. For me, it has always resolved in less than a week. As soon as you fully believe the diagnosis, the pain will vanish. 2. Don’t get a massage. If there is nothing wrong with you, then there is no need to rub away the pain. Focus on the mental. Mediate, yes. Massage, no.

This is about the 3rd or 4th time I’ve watched this video. Dennis is such an inspiration to me. I came back to listen again this evening because I wanted to hear again how he worked with his subconscious. Like a buddy. Not yelling at it or getting angry at it. Getting angry or yelling doesn’t seem to be working for me very well. I want another way. Dennis’ way. I’m also troubled with sleep destroying headaches, and have been since 2012, so some days I’m honestly just too tired to do battle with my subconscious. Or to do anything at all. But I don’t give up, I pull myself out of it and get going in some way again as soon as I can. But I gotta say, exhaustion does hamper my efforts to get through the Pain Cure Clinic program, especially the written work. It interferes with my physicality exercise efforts. And although I’ve watched the recommended back roller video, I have yet to try it. Long term sleep deprivation has taken a serious toll on my life. It may take me longer than Dennis, but I am not giving up.

Fibromyalgia is not an illness. It is not even a diagnosis. There is no test for this condition. I have lived with this condition all my life. There is something that’s causing this widespread pain, but it is yet to be diagnosed.

  • @jamsandy604

The bottom line is…no one knows exactly what’s causing the pain and fatigue. Every video I watch is something different. I have lived with chronic fatigue and fatigue since about age seven. Now I am in my early sixties. I believe it started when my two older siblings asked me to sit on a chair and they moved the chair and I fell. I hit the floor is hard I thought my eyes had come out of their sockets. From that day my life changed. I tried everything and I mean everything. Nothing worked so far. But I am determined to beat this illness one day…

I was about 32 and was 2 weeks away from getting major back surgery. I tried everything else that's done for back pain. And non of that has changed very much. I lifted weights and was very into BJJ Brazilian Ju Jitsu and could bare the thought of never being able to do either of these. Somebody told me about healing back pain. I bought the book and couldn't believe how much sense everything made. I read it twice in one night. To my surprise, I wasn't in any pain. Before work, I went to the local YMCA, took two 70 lb weights, did not use my legs or any other way of moving were told to protect our supposedly delicate spine. I bent over right from my back and lifted these two weights with no pain at all. I couldn't believe it. I was so amazed, I must have done it 6 or 7 more times. I'm 63 and have never had any pain in my back since. But now it's neuropathy and this is different, cause I don't know how to make my subconscious stop fooling me. I could lift the weights for my back, but I don't know what exactly to do with this. But now that I know this and arthritis are TMS, or at the very least, mostly caused by it when it comes to the arthritis, cause I am bone on bone now. So I'm not sure how to deal with that. But I'm not diabetic anyway, so even medical science hasn't been able to explain my neuropathy. I went to one doctor and he told me we'll have to do a series of tests. Don't think so.

The thing is people can have milder versions of it . I have a co-worker who has it and doesn’t need to take anything but an anti-inflammatory. I on the other hand am taking a plethora of medication including biologics and heavy medication. But that being said I exercise and try to balance my stress which help to avoid unnecessary flares. This disease looks different for everyone like most autoimmune diseases. Find what works best for you.

Just another "specialist" that completely invalidates your personal experience with basically "its all in your head, just relax dude". This guy is an idiot. I can guarantee that he has never had fibromyalgia and has never done any real research on it. The medical fraternity did not believe it was a real medical condition either until relatively recently. The sequelae of Covid in the form of Long Covid which has many symptoms of fibromyalgia has made them realise that this can be a post-viral syndrome. Research by Duffy and Pridgen finds all fibromyalgia sufferers have evidence of latent infection with HSV1, the virus that causes cold sores. Reaearch by Simon Wessely, arch sceptic that fibromyalgia was real, hoping to show that fibromyalgia patients were more susceptible to psychological problems than average, found just the reverse.

Learning about TMS and practicing the proper techniques has helped rid me of my pain by about 80-90%. Once I learned there was no structural issue and my brain has wired the pain incorrectly things began to improve. Recovery from TMS is a slow process. Stick with it. Your pain is temporary! It will subside!
